We have reviewed the accompanying statement of standalone unaudited financial results of

REXNORD ELECTRONICS AND CONTROLS LINIITED ("Cornpany") for the quader ended
3oth June 2016 ("Statement"). The Statement has been prepared by the Company pursuant
to Regu ation 33 oi SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requiremenis) Regulations
2015 ('Listing Regulations, 2015"). The Statement is the responsibility of the Company,s
management and has been approved by the Board of Directors. Our responsibility is to issue
a report on the Statement based o t oLr review.
We conducted our review in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagement (SRE)
2410, "Review of Interirn Financial Information Performed by the lndependent Auditor of the
Entity" issued by the lnstitute of Chartered Accountants of lndia. Th s standard requires that
we plan and perForm the review to obtain moderate assurance as to whether the Statement
is free of material misstatement. A review is limited primarily to inqulries of company
personnel and analytical procedures applied to financial data and thus provtde less
assurance than an audit. We have not performed an audit and accordingly we do not
express an audit opinion.
Based on our review conducted as above, nothing has come to our attention that causes us

to believe that the Statement prepared in accordance with ihe applicable Accountinq

Standards presc.ibed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2O13 read with Ru e 7 of the
Cornpanies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 and other recognised accounting practices and policies,
has not disclosed the information required to be disclosed in terms of Requlation 33 of the
Listing Regulations 2015 jncluding the manner in which it is to be disclosed, or that it
contains any material misstatement.
