Induction Heating

Induction heat treatment is a non contact heating process. It uses high frequency electricity to heat

materials which are electrically conductive.

It is efficient since the heat is actually generated inside the workpiece.

Since it is a non contact method the heating process does not contaminate the material being heated.

Through years of experience Atom Dynamic maintains deep know-how, modern procedures for special

applications, sophisticated equipment and specialized manpower.

Heat Treatment Mobile Furnaces

Under special conditions, where the client requires a heat treatment operation at his premises or the

object to be treated is difficult to move in order to be introduced in our stationary furnace, Atom Dynamic can
install a temporary furnace at the location of the object to be treated.

Heat Treatment in Stationary Furnaces

Atom Dynamic has installed a 450 cubic meter total volume gas burner furnace. The maximum soaking

temperature potential is at 980 degrees Celsius and can hold masses of up to 200 tons.

The total heat treatment potential available at Atom Dynamic SA along with the increased versatility

and the technical expertise of the personnel assures the most reliable result. The length of 15m, width of 6
meters and height of 5 meters allows to easily host big objects of great mass.

Loading and unloading of the furnace is assisted by a double motor crane which can bring a load of 25

tones. Versatility, adaptability and efficiency are three key words that describe heat treatment operations in
Atoms furnace.

Dry Out

Atom Dynamic is engaged to offer a comprehensive range

of refractory dry out services. Since water is the basic common solvent to mix castables, cement and other materials, it is
important to drive it out of the refractory installation. Otherwise,
serious cracking phenomena may occur due to trapped steam.

Atom Dynamic offers the applicable operation at clients

premises with external high velosity gas fired burners and expertized engineers.

GAS Firing Services

In case the workpiece (a pressure vessel, a refinery column or a spherical tank) is already installed or

impossible to be introcuded in a furnace, the heat treatment is applied with the installation of gas burners
through the applicable nozzles.

Our gas burners allow for heat treatment applications of large magnitude in remote locations.
