ILP Conferences: October 5-7, 2016

ILP conferences are a key part of our family-school partnership. We are happy to
announce the ASU Preparatory Academy Conference Manager, a new software to
support ILP conference scheduling with your childs teacher(s).
The first time you use the ASU Preparatory Academy Conference Manager you will
be required to register for a new account. Steps to setup your account are outlined
below:
1. Go to our online scheduling system at https://asuprep.schoolsoft.com
2. Register for a parent account. Click on the REGISTER NOW button and
complete the registration page. An email will be sent to you confirming your
user name and password. Save your account information on this email for future
ILP conference scheduling.
3. Login to schedule your conference: Click on the BOOK NOW button. Select
conference date in the date drop-down that appears and then select the
teacher(s) you wish to meet with and click the NEXT button. To schedule ILP
conferences with multiple teachers, select from the list all the teachers
applicable to your child(ren) whom you wish to meet with.
4. Click on an available time slot for each teacher you selected and
complete the booking form that appears. A summary of your
conference schedule will appear in the right hand side of the
screen. A confirmation email will also be sent. You will also
receive a reminder email prior to your scheduled conference. If
you would like to request a translator, you may include this
information on this window (see screen shot).

5. You may confirm your appointments have been booked by looking at the
CURRENTLY BOOKED CONFERENCES box on the right of the screen or click on
the MY CONFERENCES tab.

Las conferencias ILP son una parte clave de nuestra asociacin entre la familia y la
escuela. Estamos encantados de anunciar el Administrador de Conferencias de ASU
Preparatory Academy, un nuevo software para apoyar la planificacin de
conferencias ILP con el maestro(s) de su hijo(s).
Debe registrarse la primera vez que utilice el Administrador de Conferencias de ASU
Preparatory Academy. Pasos para la configuracin de su cuenta se detallan a
continuacin:
1. Ir a nuestro sistema de programacin en lnea en https://asuprep.schoolsoft.com
2. Registrar su cuenta. Haga clic en el botn REGISTER NOW y complete la
pgina de registro. Recibir un correo electrnico que confirma su nombre de
usuario y contrasea. Guardar la informacin de su cuenta en este correo
electrnico para la futura planificacin de conferencias ILP.
3. Inicie la sesin para programar su conferencia: Haga clic en el botn BOOK
NOW. Seleccione la fecha que desea para la conferencia, seleccione el maestro(s)
con los que desea reunirse y haga clic en el botn NEXT. Para programar
conferencias ILP con mltiples maestros, seleccione de la lista de todos los
maestros con los que desee reunirse.
4. Haga clic en el tiempo disponible para cada maestro que usted
desee y complete el formulario de reserva. Un resumen de su
horario de conferencia(s) aparecer en el lado derecho de la
pantalla. Tambin recibir un correo electrnico con la confirmacin
y un recordatorio por su correo electrnico antes de su conferencia.
Si desea solicitar un traductor, puede incluir esta informacin en
esta ventana (ver captura de pantalla).

5. Es posible confirmar que sus citas han sido reservadas mirando el cuadro
CURRENTLY BOOKED CONFERENCES a la derecha de la pantalla o haga clic en la
pestaa MY CONFERENCES.
