The Kalinga Provl Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Council is in its
transition of implementing mandates on disaster concerns from RA 1566 to RA 10121
known as the DRRM Act of 2010 thus we opt to conduct the Barangay DRRM Summit
on July April 3, 2014 to be held at Kalinga Astrodome, Capitol Compound, Bulanao,
Tabuk, Kalinga.
Further, Orientation on Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (BCPC)
and Advocacy on Regional Autonomy will be undertaken.
In this regard, may we request your Local Government Unit to ensure attendance
of all Barangay Captains and Kagawads to attend the activity.
Attached herewith is the Program of Activities for your reference.
