Role: Configured customization of PeopleSoft system for implementation of 55,000
employees, including eligibility and event rules, benefit programs, and benefit plans.
Responsible for carrying out Unit, System, Parallel and Integration Testing for Benefit
Administration functions, developing and testing security profiles, 401(k) limits, PTO
plans and accruals, Event Maintenance, and all enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
Also tested Benefits Administration and Snapshot, which involved finding relevant reports
and configuring and running Passive Events. Role involved coordinating testing with
Functional Teams, Technical Teams, and Vendors, completing testing for various
applications, and compiling and updating testing documents and tracking progress to the
projects schedule while also conveying the status to project management and client
staff.
Developed end user training materials for Benefits and Records employees by using the
