Dear Ms. Peradze,
I would like to be considered for Leader's position at Buckswood International School. I was at Buckswood
Summer School at 2013 and it's the best memories of my life, that is why i am interested in this position.
I am currently studying on Business Management Faculty at International Black Sea University and i
considered that i gained some valuable managerial skills that might help me to work as a Leader.
During the working at Basics of Business Project I have gained valuable experience in Communication
with children, also good presentation skills. I understand that every child may need individual approach , i
try to understand children thoughts and i think this is the main thing that leader should have , especially
when he works with children. Also how we know teenagers are often very lazy and it's important to find
creative ways of motivation, I think i have some creativity in this question too.

In conclusion, I would like to say that, i hope i'll have a great opportunity to work at Buckswood
International School as a Leader . I'm sure it'll be experience for me and also I'll be very happy to have a
chance to be involved in a continuous improvement of your Summer School.
