Tomato Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

Tomatoes
2 large

Pesto sauce

Whole wheat pizza bases

Onions

2 tablespoons
2 small
2 medium

Schezwan chutney

Cheese spread

Grated processed cheese

2 tablespoons
4 tablespoons
50 grams

Method
Step 1

Preheat oven at 180 C. Slice tomatoes and onions.

Step 2

Put schezwan chutney and cheese spread in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

Apply some of this mixture on each pizza base, top with some of the tomatoes and onions.

Step 4

Drizzle some of the pesto sauce on top and add sprinkle some of the grated cheese. Place the pizzas on a baking
tray.

Step 5

Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

Remove from oven, transfer on a serving platter and serve immediately.
