The personnel assigned to the work shall have the PPE lines described above according to the
task being performed and the restrictions of the workspace.
Request the respective Working Permit area responsible. Perform Job Safety Analysis (ATS),
highlighting the conditions and / or factors present at the site and could increase the risk of the
task. Ask the appropriate preventive measures. One ITEM recommendations will be placed on
the need to adopt awkward positions in the ATS.

Once armed body of scaffolding in place we proceed to verify the squareness and
horizontality.
The above steps are repeated in the assembly of the other bodies, until the required
number of bodies.
At the end of the armed scaffold, operators must download the tools, properly insured and
properly using two lifelines. No standing under the suspended load.
Once finished the work of assembling scaffolding, will proceed to verify correct
implementation with a CHECK LIST, together with the Supervisor of work, that he gives
his Visto Bueno (VoBo), and can place a green card.
It must be very careful about when we are armed with the tools and / or sensitive
equipment (sensors, gauges, sensor drivers, micas, relief valves, etc.), as they may
accidentally hit if it were the case it should be immediately reported to the immediate
supervisor.
At no time staff working at height shall be provided with tools and / or objects in the hand,

Supports:
Adjustable Base.
Are made of galvanized steel, equipped with a plate 150 x 150 x 5 mm steel,
whose mission is to spread the load of the vertical to the ground. With a solid
adjustable screw allows taking differences of the land on which the scaffold is built.
Base inclined surface.
Galvanized steel can be adapted to sloped surfaces. The motherboard has 4 holes for
anchoring to the surface preventing movement
The variable angle you can take this base is 0 to 180 .

Plinth.
The baseboard is the element of security is to prevent falling objects from the level
of platforms.
Made of wood, 15 cm. tall and 3 cm. thick fitted with metal plates at their ends for
placement between mullion and transom wedges.
Must placement as protection element according to HD-1000 European Standard.
The baseboards are 2 types, depending on the platform hitch can be "U" or "O".
Brackets.
St 37-2 steel galvanized. Yield strength 320 N/mm2. The brackets are adapted to the
system in its upper part by a head coined vertical rosette at the bottom directly into the
vertical support, with the exception of the bracket of 1.09 m.
Useful when you want to extend the working platform or save an irregularity in the
structure or avoid interference.
Have flown in to allow the spigot end of the corresponding vertical placement, with the
exception of 1.09 requiring a vertical flange or base.
0.73 bracket allows installation of diagonal support to which has projecting steel tube in the
bottom of the pin.
Bracket to suit flight requirements of 1.09 m. distance between supports is 50 cm so that
the lower support is also head a rosette.
As brackets are round horizontal profile cord and "U"

Auto Stability
The stability of a scaffold will always depend on its lower side. We take for
example a tower structure to be the easiest to visualize. The stability criterion for a
mobile scaffold is as follows:
