Before starting work for the first time by the staff, the procedure shall be published by the
Supervisor Imeser.
Staff should know the risks and know how to apply make checks involving work at height from
1.80 m.
The area should be released by the supervisor before authorizing the work to be undertaken in
height.
The personnel assigned to the work shall have the PPE lines described above according to the
task being performed and the restrictions of the workspace.
Request the respective Working Permit area responsible. Perform Job Safety Analysis (ATS),
highlighting the conditions and / or factors present at the site and could increase the risk of the
task. Ask the appropriate preventive measures. One ITEM recommendations will be placed on
the need to adopt awkward positions in the ATS.
Knowledge of the proper use of protective equipment for work at the same level or height
(safety harness) if applicable.
There will be permanently a portable extinguisher PQS (certified) during the work. No less than

SCAFFOLDING MATERIALS LIFTING A TOP AREA
Preliminary Activity
Before performing any maneuver, he must first visit the site to inspect the site conditions, the available
workspace, the surface location of the lift, the geometric characteristics of the load paths, and surface
discharge.
To initiate transactions should check weather conditions such as wind, fog, storm, etc.

be marked with a ribbon "color of the month."
Conditions during Hoist Scaffold Materials.
It should be verified that the maneuver area is properly marked with fences, ribbons, cones, perimeter
fence, in order to prevent entry of unauthorized personnel.
The load of the scaffold elements, said elements to hoist must not exceed 150 kg
Type shall be placed nylon ropes 5 / 8 "(wind) of sufficient length to load in order to control them,
while the load is in the air or in the placement process to its final position. It will prevent the load from
hitting, or being hit by an object snaps, see figure.
Under no circumstances the entry of persons under a suspended load is permitted.
Loads must be lifted slowly, avoiding sudden operations.
must not leave a suspended load.
At the top of the lifting point will be located at least 02 people to lift the load and at the bottom a person
will wind function will be located.
Under no circumstances work is undertake armed or disarmed scaffold , whose wind factor is higher

The above steps are repeated in the assembly of the other bodies, until the required
number of bodies.
At the end of the armed scaffold, operators must download the tools, properly insured and
properly using two lifelines. No standing under the suspended load.
Once finished the work of assembling scaffolding, will proceed to verify correct
implementation with a CHECK LIST, together with the Supervisor of work, that he gives
his Visto Bueno (VoBo), and can place a green card.
It must be very careful about when we are armed with the tools and / or sensitive
equipment (sensors, gauges, sensor drivers, micas, relief valves, etc.), as they may
accidentally hit if it were the case it should be immediately reported to the immediate
supervisor.

The 02 operators work performed jointly by removal element, once ready, the watch gives
the order to move the item to the bottom of the scaffold

under the load suspended until it is on the floor leaning on one end starts.
They then repeated with the spreaders to be lowered a couple of panels and then one by
one.
The classification of scaffolding will be done by two people at the bottom of the structure
scaffold (floor).
This process is repeated in other bodies of scaffolding and lower side to reach the base.
A way to be disarming the scaffold is gradually released the mooring structure or support.
Completing the Disarming will Scaffolding staff take security measures to demobilize the
tools, accessories and equipment used, and then proceeds to remove tapes used for
