3.now,wewillgetthebelowscreenwhichasksforTR/Tasks.givethereleasedTRnumberandexecute(F8)

4.Onceexecuted,youwillgetthebelowwindow,

5.firstweneedtochangethetasktounreleased.doubleclickonthetasknumber.now,clickonthepencilbuttonto
entereditmode.thenclickoninputhelponthefiled"Status"

6.changethestatusfrom"R"to"D"andsave

7.nowrepeatthesteps5and6forTransportrequest.finallythestatuscolumnshouldbein"D"asshowninbelow.

8.nowgotoSE01orSE09,typetheTRnumberandcheck.itwillbeinmodifiablestate.

OnceyouchangedtheTRintomodifiable,youcanchangeobjectsintheTR.youhavetoagainreleasethetaskand
TR.However,oncewechangedthereleasedTRintomodifiable,youcan'treleasetheTRagainandyouwillbegetting
anerror"Request<RequestID>hastheinvalidattributeEXPTIMESTAMP"

youhavetodoubleclickontheTR,navigatetothepropertiestab.enterintoeditmode.youcansee"Attribute"column
inthescreen.
Selecttherow"EXPORT_TIMESTAMP"anddeletethatrow.saveandcomeback.nowyoucanreleasetheTR.now
thedatafileandcofilewillbeoverwritteninOSlevelwithsamefilename.

WhenwereleaseTRthencofileanddatafileiscreatedinoperatingsystem'sfilesystem.Thefiles
containsphysicalobjectsthatareinTR.
WhatwillhappenifIchangereleasedTRtounreleasedoneasperyourblogandIwillreleaseit
lateragain?Willfilesbeoverwrittenortherewillbenewfiles?Ifnewoneswhatnametheywillhave
asnameasperconventionwillbeusedalreadybypreviouslycreatedfiles.Orwill2ndreleasefail?
