whohavetheirUANandactivatedit,maywithdrawitbydirectlysubmittingtoregionalEPFO.

ThisNewEPFWithdrawalFormsareeasytofill,astheyrequireyourbasicdata.Youhavetofillitand
submitthesameinregionalEPFOOfficedirectly.Youdontneedyouremployersignatureforthesame.
NewForm19(UAN)
UsethisformtowithdrawEPFamountwhenyouquityourjobduetoretirement,resignation,disablement,
termination,marriage,orpermanentsettlementabroad.Thefewconditionsforsubmittingthisformareas
below.
IfyouaredischargedfromtheserviceonreceivingthecompensationundertheIndustrialDisputeAct,
1947orresignedfromthejob,butnotemployedinacompanywhereEPFOnotapplicable,thenyou
havetoapplyforEPFwithdrawalonlyaftertwomonthsofwaitingperiod.Alongwiththat,youhaveto
declareaboutnonemploymentunderanyorganizationwhereyouarehavinganotherEPFAccount.
IfyouareemployedagaininanewcompanywheretheemployerfallsunderEPFOact,thenyouhaveto
submitforTRANSFERonly.

JourneyTicketincaseoftakingupemploymentabroad.
NewForm10C(UAN)
UsethisformtoclaimtheEPSamount(EmployeePensionScheme)alongwithForm19(UAN).However,
therearecertainconditionstousethisformandareexplainedbelow.
Ifyouleftthejobbeforethecompletionof10yearsofservice
Ifyouhaveattainedtheageof58yearsbeforecompletionof10yearsofservicewhetherinserviceorleft
theservice.
Ifyouhavecompleted10yearsofserviceonthedateofleavingyourjob,butnotattainedtheageof50
yearsonthedateoffillingthisform.
Ifyouattainedtheageof50years,butnot58yearsandnotwillingtogoforreducedpension.
Familymember/nomineeorlegalheiroftheemployeewhodiedafter58yearsage,buthadnot
completed10yearsofeligibleservice.
