La SATINOX TUBI INOX SpA uno dei maggiori

produttori italiani ed europei di tubi in acciaio
inossidabile elettrosaldati (TIG).
Nata nel 1970 come ditta individuale, fondata dal
suo attuale presidente Sig. Luigi Licciardello, nel
1972 viene trasferita nel suo primo complesso di
propriet, in quellanno lorganico di 15 dipendenti.
Nel 1980 la ditta viene trasformata in Satinox S.r.l.
Nel 1986, a conclusione di un importante
programma di investimenti immobiliari e tecnologici
avviato nel 1982, la forma societaria evolve in SpA.
Il nuovo complesso industriale in Vigano di
Gaggiano (Milano), articolato su tre moderni
stabilimenti per una superficie complessiva di ca.
60.000 mq. coperti, idealmente ubicato nei pressi
di Milano e nelle vicinanze degli svincoli autostradali.
La Satinox vanta oggi una capacit produttiva di
oltre 40.000 tonn. annue con un organico di circa
150 dipendenti.
Alla base del proprio successo lazienda ha sempre
posto la massima attenzione allinnovazione
tecnologica, nonch alle accurate procedure di
controllo, per garantire costanza nella qualit
sebbene su una gamma molto vasta di prodotti. In
linea con la propria filosofia, la Satinox ha
recentemente ampliato la propria gamma di
produzione, acquisito nuovi complessi di stoccaggio
ed aumentato ulteriormente la propra capacit
produttiva.

SATINOX TUBI INOX SpA is one of Italy and

Europes leading manufacturers of stainless steel
welded tubes, using TIG technology.
The company was founded in 1970 by its actual
President, Mr. Luigi Licciardello. In 1972 Satinox
moved to its own premises; at the time the company
had 15 employees.
In 1980 the Company name was changed to Satinox
S.r.l. Over the years, substantial and decisive
investments were made both in technology and new
premises and as a result of this policy, in 1986
Satinox evolved into the legal form of a Limited
Company (SpA). The new industrial complex, based
on three modern factories for a total covered surface
of over 60.000 square metres, is conveniently
located near Milan and accessible from the main
Italian motorways.
Satinox is now able to offer a wide range of welded
tubes, with a very efficient staff of 150 employees
and a production capacity well over
40,000 tons a year.
Satinox ongoing success has always been based on
the most up-dated technology and the most
accurate methods of control, in order to guarantee
consistant quality throughout a large and constantly
growing range of products. Sticking to its
philosophy, Satinox has recently widened its
production range, acquired new stocking sites and
furtherly increased its production capacity.

flaring, curving, bending,
flanging and generally all cold
forming operations such as
sinking and drawing (good

without annealing).

Best resistance to corrosion, good dimensional consistency and

mechanical performances are ensured by a very strict standard of
production approved and certified by the main International Bodies, such
as: DNV - TV - AQUAP...
The main goals and positive results have been reached due to
dedication, seriousness and reliability, which have always been

- ISO 2037) sono per SATINOX un punto di partenza, da
cui, grazie ad un attento dialogo con il mercato e alle
osservazioni sul campo, partono continui miglioramenti e
diversificazioni innovative. Il prodotto si quindi sviluppato
tenendo conto soprattutto delle esigenze igieniche
abbinate a quelle di lavorabilit e, aspetto non ultimo, di
sostenibilit economica, viste le sempre nuove possibilit
dimpiego di questi materiali.

La SATINOX TUBI INOX SpA uno dei maggiori

produttori italiani ed europei di tubi in acciaio
inossidabile elettrosaldati (TIG).
Nata nel 1970 come ditta individuale, fondata dal
suo attuale presidente Sig. Luigi Licciardello, nel
1972 viene trasferita nel suo primo complesso di
propriet, in quellanno lorganico di 15 dipendenti.
Nel 1980 la ditta viene trasformata in Satinox S.r.l.
Nel 1986, a conclusione di un importante
programma di investimenti immobiliari e tecnologici
avviato nel 1982, la forma societaria evolve in SpA.
Il nuovo complesso industriale in Vigano di
Gaggiano (Milano), articolato su tre moderni
stabilimenti per una superficie complessiva di ca.
60.000 mq. coperti, idealmente ubicato nei pressi
di Milano e nelle vicinanze degli svincoli autostradali.
La Satinox vanta oggi una capacit produttiva di
oltre 40.000 tonn. annue con un organico di circa
150 dipendenti.
Alla base del proprio successo lazienda ha sempre
posto la massima attenzione allinnovazione
tecnologica, nonch alle accurate procedure di
controllo, per garantire costanza nella qualit
sebbene su una gamma molto vasta di prodotti. In
linea con la propria filosofia, la Satinox ha
recentemente ampliato la propria gamma di
produzione, acquisito nuovi complessi di stoccaggio
ed aumentato ulteriormente la propra capacit
produttiva.

SATINOX TUBI INOX SpA is one of Italy and

Europes leading manufacturers of stainless steel
welded tubes, using TIG technology.
The company was founded in 1970 by its actual
President, Mr. Luigi Licciardello. In 1972 Satinox
moved to its own premises; at the time the company
had 15 employees.
In 1980 the Company name was changed to Satinox
S.r.l. Over the years, substantial and decisive
investments were made both in technology and new
premises and as a result of this policy, in 1986
Satinox evolved into the legal form of a Limited
Company (SpA). The new industrial complex, based
on three modern factories for a total covered surface
of over 60.000 square metres, is conveniently
located near Milan and accessible from the main
Italian motorways.
Satinox is now able to offer a wide range of welded
tubes, with a very efficient staff of 150 employees
and a production capacity well over
40,000 tons a year.
Satinox ongoing success has always been based on
the most up-dated technology and the most
accurate methods of control, in order to guarantee
consistant quality throughout a large and constantly
growing range of products. Sticking to its
philosophy, Satinox has recently widened its
production range, acquired new stocking sites and
furtherly increased its production capacity.

production approved and certified by the main International Bodies, such
as: DNV - TV - AQUAP...
