counterpoints.Notalldecisionswillbeunanimous,butgenerallyeventhoseopposedseethevalidityofthedecisionthe
majorityismaking.Thedecisionmakingprocessistomakeallteammembersunderstandthereasoningbehindthe
decision.

backgrounds.Howeverourcareergoalsandaspirationsaresimilar.Intermsofskills,ourteamisaboutequallysplit
betweenbigpicturethinkersanddetailorientedmembers,thiswillbevaluableindifferentphasesofthedesignthinking
process.Wealsohavedifferentcommunicationstyles.Whendeliveringamessagewecanrangefromtooblunttotoo
tactful.
PsychologicallySafetyCreateanenvironmentwhereteammembersaresafeforfreelyexpressingtheirideasand
interpersonalrisktaking.Wewillneedtoengageeveryonesothatallvoicesareheard.Everybodyontheteamlikes
listeningtootherpointsofviews.Membersmightnotbesureabouttakingupcertainrolesandresponsibilitiesandwe
needtohelpeachotherout.Weallwanttolearnfromeachothersmistakesandcreateastrongteam.
