STEEL WORK

a. All Champaign color aluminum (Alcop Brand) window of 1.3 mm section with imported

i. If Steel Shuttering used for slab poring then no plaster at roof, if wooden shuttering used
for slab poring then roof will plaster. If steel shuttering used and roof also plaster then
owner shall pay Extra amount.
j. Canopy will be Charged @ 1 of the Agreement Price.

PROJECT PERIOD
Period for the completion of bungalow without basement will be 12 month starting from
________________ and ending on ______________________.
Note: M/S Syed Brothers will pay the Electric Billing and watchman salary of above mentioned
project period. In case of delay in project due to payment delay from the Owner, the Owner will
have to pay the extra amount of the billing and salary of further period likewise if Company
delays the project timelines then the further payments will be paid by Company.
