Imperial Triple Convolute Bellows Type Air Spring

Enidine Air Springs are highly durable, precisely engineered and
cost-effective for use in a wide variety of actuation and vibration
isolation applications. With time-tested designs, fabric-reinforced
Neoprene or Natural Rubber flex member construction and
corrosion-protected end retainers, Enidine Air Springs provide
superior quality and performance. As an actuator, Enidine Air
Springs provide linear or angular motion. As an isolator, air
springs are effective in reducing the harmful effects of vibration.

The height limit (actuator) is recommended for optimum life in

actuator applications and the extension of the assembly should
be limited here. Each assembly must be limited in extension
to the maximum expanded height to prevent air spring failure.
When the air spring is extended beyond the actuator height
limit, highly concentrated stresses develop. Life of the air
spring above this height limit depends on pressure, extension
and repetition of these concentrated stresses.
