1.0 Preamble
This course is geared towards enhancement of student understanding of the principles of
management as a critical area of study around which other management courses will revolve.
Appreciation of the dynamic nature of management and the application of theory in real
organizations and through case studies will form the critical pillars of this course.
2.0 Objectives of the course
By the end of the course learners should be able to :
