PhP 165,000 Promo All-In Package USA Work and Travel Batch 2017

This document will serve as the guidelines for the PhP 165,000 USA Work and Travel Promo All-In Package by United Towers Philippines. It
will itemize the inclusions and explain the mechanics to avail such package. This will also serve as a binding contract between
____________________________________________________________and United Towers Philippines regarding this package.

1. The participant may avail the P165,000 Promo All-In Package by settling the Application Fee of PhP
4,750 on or before July 22, 2016.

2. The P165K All In Promo Package Includes the Following
USA Work and Travel Program Fee
SEVIS and Bank Transfer Fee
Insurance

Roundtrip Ticket to the USA
3. The participant understands that the program fees will still be paid in Pesos and in 5 Staggered
Phases.
1st Payment: P4,750 before July 22, 2016
2nd Payment: P20,000 latest August 20, 2016
3rd Payment: P50,000 latest September 20, 2016
4th Payment: P35,000 latest October 20, 2016

4. The participant understands that the following payments correlates to the steps in the application
1st Payment: Participant will be able to reserve for a position
2nd Payment: Participant will be able to schedule for an interview with a host company
3rd Payment: Participant will be able to receive the job offer and will be processed for visa
requirements
4th Payment: Participant will receive visa documents upon receipt from sponsor and will be
scheduled for the visa interview (if Embassy VISA Payment has been settled)

5th Payment: Participant will receive the confirmed roundtrip flight ticket

5. The PhP 165,000 Package does not include the fees to any third party services, such as, but not

limited to: Embassy Visa Payment ($160), domestic transportation to and from Manila, Airport

Transfers, Housing in the USA, Pocket Money in the USA, passport application, CFO Pre Departure

Orientation Fee, Notarization of documents etc.
6. The participant must settle all program fees on the set deadline and submit necessary requirements
on or before November 20, 2016. Otherwise, this package will be NULL AND VOID. Regular Fees
will apply for a Total of Approximately P180,000++. The Participant will be doing all the legwork

processes for the payments outside UTP.

7. The participant understands and agrees that any penalty charged to him/her due to his/her lack of

diligence is not included in the PhP 165,000 package. (e.g. Ticket Rebooking, Ticket Penalty, Penalty

Fee for Re-Issuance of Job Permit, Insurance Extension beyond Program End Date, etc.)

8. The participant understands and agrees that availing this package will forfeit its right to purchase

his/her own flight ticket. UTP reserves the right to purchase the participants ROUNDTRIP

TICKET to the USA. Failure to confirm the itinerary 21 days before their departure to US, the
participant will be automatically charged of the ticket penalty amounting to $25. If the applicant is
penalized, the $25 penalty fee is not included in this package. A separate payment must be made.

9. The participant understands and agrees that the roundtrip ticket included in this package will not

contain any side trips/USA domestic tickets.
10. The participant understands that the PhP 165,000 Package is reflective of the current economic
status with Dollar Exchange Rate of $1:P47. UTP will not be held accountable if an economic crisis

arises resulting to an increase in the sum total of the program.
11. In case of cancellation in the middle of the processing, the following refund amount will apply:
