Network Delivery is part of RAN & Programmes and is responsible for the
delivery of all aspects of the Radio Access Network .The department is
responsible for ensuring the deployment, Upgrading and E2E transmission
delivery to all network RAN sites. This delivery is largely achieved by
utilising Outsourced Managed Service Providers.

Management:

Provide tools and systems consultancy to MBNL, Nokia, Huawei,

Ericsson, BT, K&N
Work closely with senior stakeholders, technology developers and
consultants to deploy new data warehouse and reporting tools
Engage with the business to gather, analyse, document and translate
high level business requirements
Business process design and associated activities
Provide technical and business process consultancy to the following
internal EE teams: RAN Special Projects; Fixed Assets Management
team; Procurement Support; SAP Support teams in IBM and TSystems; Spectrum Support teams in T-Systems and Cognizant
Develop and deliver high quality MI using the appropriate BI tool for
required MI delivery
Author reports to a standard suitable for external audiences
Demonstrate expertise and business knowledge to ensure business
user requirements are specified to achieve optimum insight,
challenging the business where appropriate
Handle Ad hoc data requests that cannot be obtained through selfservice BI or super users
