Overview

ICT is not really the business of most public sector


organizations; ICT must be an underlying tool to drive the
organizations core business. Clients must focus on their core
activities and ICT must add value to help as a vital support
to make operations more successful - easy, responsive and
optimal performance.
IBIMA is committed to encouraging public sector
organisations to utilize technology to improve efficiency,
drive down cost and transform services so they are simpler,
faster and clearer. Responsive public services are critical
to improving peoples quality of life and enhancing their
opportunities. Technology is a critical component in ensuring
services is high quality, efficient and continually improving
to meet evolving needs.
Every year, East Africa countries public sector spends approx.
$ 7 billion - The aggregate budget spend to ICT Infrastructure
across East Africa. Despite significant efficiency savings, the
public sector still needs to do more to streamline processes,
deliver better business outcomes, break down siloes and
foster stronger links between ICT departments and strategic
organisation objectives.

After early morning breakfast depart at 5:30 am to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with picnic lunches. Arrives at crater around 9 am
starts a game drive in the crater up to noon, break for lunch at the picnic site and after lunch proceed with game drive up to 3 pm
and drive back to Arusha. Driving distance 190 km Approximimately 3 - 4 hours
NGORONGORO
Ngorongoro Conservation Area is one of the world Heritage site in Tanzania cover an area of 8,292km2
and established in 1959 as a multiple land use means human and wildlife interaction are allowed within
the Area. Its the only place in Tanzania where you can experience such kind of interaction between people
and wildlife living together for many years in harmony. Maasai is one of the 120 tribes lives in Tanzania
and is the only tribe lives
in ngorongoro area. Due to its size they are so many attraction within the areas and one of the incomparable
attraction in the area is Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater is the largest unbroken caldera in the world (collapsed volcano) and it was created
from a volcano that exploded about three million years ago the quick withdrawal of molten lava beneath
it made the centre collapse, creating the crater we see today, a natural enclose for the wildlife to wander
around. The crater is 19 km across and cover 260 sq km of wilder- ness and having walls over 600 meters
high. The volcano eruption believed to be larger than Mount Kilimanjaro. Ngorongoro crater is one of the
seven Natural wonders of Africa.

Ngorongoro offer the best wildlife viewing area for the tourist at a close range than any other wildlife
areas in Tanzania. due to its unique the area has different habitats which make homes of different variety
of wild animals, and can support over 30,000 animals of different species.
Black Rhino
Ngorongoro is one of the few places left in east Africa where you can still see rare species which are in
danger of extinction like Black rhino
Animals
Most of the animals in the crater are residents and can be seen throughout the year. the most common
animal are like Buffalos, Zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, Jackals, Hyenas and Lions. Leopard and Cheetah are
very rare sighting and if you happen to see these two then you are lucky.

GAME DRIVE IN THE CRATER

Ngorongoro is the one of the few place in east Africa when you can experience the unique interactions
between the local people (Maasai) which are pastoralist interact with wildlife like Zebras, wildebeest and
gazelles in one spot for the food or water with no harm
