OBJECTIVE OF THE LETTER OF INTENT
At a future date to be determined, I commit to enter into a business relationship with Sponsor (You) to become an
Independent Nerium Brand Partner (Brand Partner) in the organization You will be establishing with Nerium International Pty.
Ltd. in Australia (Company). I recognize that the intent of this letter is related solely to my relationship with You , and that this
letter in no way establishes any relationship with the Company directly.
UNDERSTANDINGS OF THIS LETTER
1. I understand that you are preparing me to join the companys network marketing program. (Program) but the Companys
compensation plan, Brand Partner agreement, and the Policies and Procedures that govern the relationship between the
Company and Brand Partner have not been established. I also understand that there are many operational components
of the Program that still need to be determined before the Program may be launched in full.
2. I wish to commit to having You be my up line sponsor when the official launch of the Program takes place.
3. I understand that during this stage of the pre-launch, no products will be sold or available, no commissions or bonuses will
be paid, and no monies will be collected. I will not collect any monies, credit card numbers or any other forms of compensation
from any potential client, prospective customer, or another potential down line under any circumstances.
4. I understand that because the Program is not complete, there is no guarantee that the downline genealogy reflects my
desires or intentions.
5. I waive any claims against the Company for any loss or damages arising from or in connection with the placement of the
Brand Partners downline within the structure I establish. I also waive all claims for any errors or inability of the Company to
place me as the sponsor of another Independent Brand Partner that may be indicated in the request and agreement of another
pre-launch stage.
6. Once the program launches, I understand that I may be required to sign and independent Brand Partner Agreement, Policies
and Procedures, and compensation plan. I understand that I may be required to submit an application and agreement for
Independent Brand Partners within 5 days from the date of the official launching of the Program (weekends and holidays are
included in determining the deadline of the five days). Any false or fraudulent registration or information submitted by anyone
will result in the refusal of the application. I understand that there is no guarantee that my application for the Program will be
accepted.
7. I understand that once the network organization is established that You can place me anywhere in your organization that
you deem most beneficial for the organization as a whole.
8. I understand that I am not an employee of the Company for tax purposes or any other reason.
9. I understand the Company is not a party to this letter of intent
