To be specified by contractor:
3
(a)
(b)
(c)
(d)
(e)
Interface between ignition control panel and DCS via dedicated hard wired signals.
The package shall have all instrumentation & control for safe / efficient operation. This shall include:(a) Automatic pressure regulation of pilot gas
(b) Remote alarms of flame out, burn-back, ignition failure & common panel alarm.
(c) Local monitoring of pilot gas & air pressure in ignition system and upstream of control valve
Vendor shall provide for each of the design cases the following:(a) "Heat Radiation" curve
(b) "Back-Pressure (at flare base) versus Flow Rate" curve
10
Vendor shall confirm the data stated in this data sheet and complete the information where required.
11
Ignition panel should be suitable for outdoor installation under tropical conditions. Contractor shall provide electrical power 380 V 50 Hz (5 Amp.
max.), max. 100 Nm3/h at 49 barg of fuel / purge gas and max. 50 Nm3/h at 6.0 barg instrument air to the ignition panel. All supplied shall be routed
by Contractor to the Ignition panel. All further distribution within the ignition panel is with the Vendor.
12
Nitrogen is not required for the ignition panel. Contractor shall provide a Nitrogen purge connection upstream of the KO drum. Pilot and ignition
lines (approx. 1 diameter) downstream of the ignition panel will not be connected to nitrogen purge lines.
13
Flare shall be hooked-up for thermocouples, ignition lines, pilot lines etc. up to the flare base by Vendor.
14
15
16
plant elevation. Contractor shall recalculat flare size inclulde water seal drum and velocity
seal. In case the size is bigger than 34" , the vendor shall provide additional pilot/Jet nozzle to meet the related API requirement.
17
The gas exit velocity from the tip shall be 0.5 Mach maximum.
18
Flare tip shall be designed for smokeless operation (Ringelmann No. 1 or less) at 15% of design capacity.
19
Deleted
20
Pilot gas composition is feed gas composition . Normally pilot gas and continuous purge gas are taken off from gas outlet separator header, when
start up process, pilot gas and continuous purge gas are taken off from upstream gas inlet separator header.
21
22
23
Blow down flow rate and properties base on worse case (gas composition 1 input to OCS4 process).
24
Maximum relief load of fire case is 41,011 kg/hr (base on fire zone area at separator S-101 B) ,
Notes : * To be confirmed and specified by contractor.
