2. Reward- Apne aap ko activity poori karne ke immediately
baad reward do.
Jaise agar gym jaane mai alas ata ho gym k kebaad bina
gapdiye mast wala energy shake piyo.. gym jaane ke aalas
ko shake kareward compensate kar dega.
Assignment karne mai alas aa raha ho to frenko ke sath
karo. Matlab reward for Maintaining habit.
3.es routine ko follow karwana aasan banao aur na folllow
karnamushkil banao. Jaise.gym jana ho to bag, clothes
ready rakho, ghar pebol do ki morning 7 is my gym time.
Matlab follow na karne ka reason dhundhe pena mile.

nahi..
Step 1. identify triggers- jaise aapko phone facebook check karne
ki aadatmitani hai.. kab karte ho jab notifications pop up hote
hai.. ya free bethehote ho.. kya craving apko galat habit karne pe
majboor kar rahi hai use identify karna hai aur use hone nahi
dena hai.
Step 2.uska identify reward karo- phone check karke koi
comment ya like aaya to achifeeling ati hai .ye hai buri habit ka
reward.
Step 3 ab similar reward with new habit- fb use na karo ye
possible nahi hai. Par haan fb uninstall karke kuch acha app jaise
ted talk ya quora se aap fb ko replace kar sakte hai. apko
achifeeling ka reward bhi mil jayega.
Step 4. ek trigger bana lo. jaise jab bhi aap fb chalao aap zor se
koi gaanagaoge..
Another example jaise munnabhai mbbs mai gussaaate hi boman
irani hasta hai.. Matlab bad habit yaad aate hi kisi aur activity ko
trigger kar deti hai.
Step 5. apne aap pe bharosa rako. aur nayi adat ko apna part
mano.
morning chai ke sath clients ko good morning sms bhejna..rat ko
sone se pehle din bhar ka hisab milana..
