Functions:
1. All committee shall review, revise, and replace the needed documents if
necessary.
2. Constantly remind and request the concerned instructor for the unsubmitted
documents.
3. Report daily to the office regarding the updated accomplishment status.
4. Compile all the necessary documents for ISO Stage 2 Audit.
5. Report and coordinate with the Dean if problem arises in accomplishing the
task.
6. Assist the CAS Team and other university officials to easy facilitate the
evaluation proceedings during the actual ISO audit.
