What is Indonesian Food Festival ?

Indonesian Food Festival (IFF) is a yearly Indonesian Culinary Festival which initiated
firstly in 2014 and officially organized by Indonesian student Association Enschede (PPIE)
and supported by Indonesia Embassy (KBRI Den Haag). The event usually take place in Event
park at University of Twente because, our main target is to introduce Indonesian culture,
especially the culinary to International citizen. Last year Indonesian Food Festival was
held with the theme The Keuken Festival, and has been reached 500 visitors. For this year,
Indonesian Food Festival will be coming up with the new theme and concept, The Playful
Spring which targeted to reach more than 500 visitors.

#PlayFulspring
This year theme, The Playful Spring, inspired by the childhood time combining
with the transition weather from cold to warm which full of happiness and
cheerful. Thats why in this year IFF there will be a lot of Indonesian child snack
such as Kue Cubit, Martabak, and also there will be a lot of interactive Indonesian
child games which fun and will make everyone feel the spirit of The Playful
Spring.

SOTO MIE
This meal has two main ingredients; yellow noodles made of wheat flour,
and beef or chicken broth seasoned with traditional spices. Noodle Soup
is often served with side dishes such as boiled potatoes, tomatoes, bean
sprouts, and hard-boiled egg.
