Eligibility Criteria:
The Contractor/ Firm should have been registered with the Department of Posts/ BSNL/CPWD/State
PWDS/MES/Railway in a category whose financial limit is more than that the Estimated Cost

The contractor/ Firm shall submit along with application for purchase of tenders:i)
List of works completed of the requisite magnitude along with attested copies of certificate,
testimonials of their satisfactory completion from the department concerned from an officer not
below the rank of Executive Engineer. The completion certificate must clearly indicate: (a) The date
of completion of work (b) Nature of work (c) That the work has been completed satisfactorily.

ii)

Attested copies of valid Electrical Contractor License and TIN registration with Sales Tax
Department of State Govt.

iii)

Cost of tender (non-refundable).

Earnest money in the shape of cash (upto Rs. 10,000/-). Receipt/Treasury Challan/ Deposit of call receipt of a
scheduled bank/ demand draft of a scheduled bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer, Postal Electrical
Division, Kolkata will be submitted at the time of submission of tender document.
