PURE Link Systems use a centrally located cooling and
filtration unit, from which the piped chilled and filtered
water is routed through a wet riser with taps located on
floors as required.
This concept has been developed to overcome the issues of
having coolers located throughout a building, which requires
local water and power supplies, meaning increased enabling
works and service visits.

Dispense taps can be positioned in any

of the following service areas:

Reception areas
Meeting rooms
Staff pantry
Office areas
Staff restaurant
Kitchen area (bottling point)

Having used bottled water and

bottle-fed coolers for many years
we felt our move to Alexandra
House presented the perfect
opportunity to upgrade to a PURE
Link System. We are also excited

and the python pipework WHICH IS
THE delivery system for THE remote
dispense of CHILLED drinking water.

The cobra tap is designed for
bottling or self serve and offers
two dispense points: chilled still
and chilled sparkling.

The latest in cooling technology provides water

cooling though ice bank technology, carbonation
and a pump set, all built into one system.
A wall mounted carbon filter (removing taste,
sediment and odours) and UV filter (eliminating
bacteria) are located above the cooler.

The elegant and versatile PURE
Touch tap with its digital display
screen serves hot water as well as
ambient, chilled, still or sparkling
water. The instant hot water is ideal
for tea, coffee and all other types
of hot drink.

Office

The cooler lines are subject to routine sanitisation

that ensures maximum hygiene from cooler through
to dispense point.

INDICATIVE SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Phase One 3 days
1. Establish route of python pipework from
the plant areas
2. Establish entry point on each floor level
for dispense points
3. Run and fix python pipework at each floor level.
4. Pressure test pipework
5. Lag and seal pipework
Phase Two 3 days
1. Locate cooler
2. Connect cooler to water and power supplies
3. Fit pump sets
4. Flush system
5. Connect dispense points in appropriate areas
6. Flush system and test
7. Leave system idle for 24 hours to build up ice bank
8. Return to commission and test
9. Staff training, Q&A manual issue
