School and Government Improvement Projects (2006 to 2009)
Oversee four schools that received new kitchen A/C. Tying into chillers and installing new duck work, upgrade electric, new light
fixtures, drop ceiling and fire and smoke suppression system. Construction of new transmitter room for county television
station. Adding new security entrances to over a dozen schools. Oversaw the remodeling of the Swimming Hall of Fame in Ft
Lauderdale
Environmental Remediation (2006 to 2009)
Served as project/site manager at the Fort Lauderdale police department remediation project that included removal of mildew
drywall, carpeting, wallpaper and ceiling tiles and replace with new and restore to original condition. Restoration of
numerous school projects.
Bidding and Estimating (1996to 2009)
Responsible of bidding and estimating projects form new home construction to remodeling. Latest was 39 homes in the West
Palm Beach are that included estimating everything from termite removal to replacing window and doors to adding new A/C,
appliances to complete restoration.
Other Construction & Demolition Projects (2006 to 2009)
Completed demolition project of over 60 portable classrooms for the Palm Beach School district. Oversaw the remodeling and
reconstruction of a 280,000 gallon pool for a middle school. Remodeling of retail strip mall.
