INSTRUCTIONS
1.Preheatgrilltohighheat.
2.Tearout8piecesoftinfoil(about12incheseach)andlaytwopieces
ontopofoneanothersothatyouhavefourpacketsreadytobefilled.
3.Placethepotatoes,peppersandgarlicinalargebowlandtosswellwith
oliveoil,oregano,saltandchiliflakes.Dividemixtureevenlyandplace
inthecenterofeachpacket.
4.Toppotatoesandpepperswithonesausageeachthenbegincreating
grillpackets.
5.Bringthetwowideendsofthefoiltogetherandfoldtoseal.Gentlyfold
inthesmallerendsofthepacketandcontinuetofolduntiltightly
secured.Leaveabitofroominthepacketforsteamtoform.
6.Grillfor911minutes,turningonce.Thegoaliscaramelizationasthe
