E X A M I N E E S

1. The examinees are advised to check the contents of Admit Card/ Roll Number Slip. Mistake(s), if found in the contents, must be brought to the notice of the
Examination Department or Director/ Dy. Director/ Officer In-Charge of their centre immediately for correction.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to check the status column, such as To Appear as printed in your Admit Card/ Roll Number Slip, list of Disallowed and Fee
Deferred cases will be provided separately to all respective, ICMA Pakistan centres for information.
2. Examinees must bring their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), driving licence or passport, along with Roll Number Slip (Admit Card) and display
Students Registration Card, if issued by the Institute while coming to the Examination Centre. The concerned officers of the Institute/ invigilators are
authorised to ask the examinee to leave the examination premises, if he/ she fails to produce the required identification.

3. An examinee who arrives late by more than fifteen (15) minutes will not be allowed to enter the examination premises. However, the start and ending time
for paper will remain same for all examinees. Similarly, no examinee shall be allowed to leave the examination premises within the first hour from the start
of the examination.
4. The examinee shall record his/ her Roll Number, Registration Number only on Rough Working Sheet(s) as provided by the Institute.
Writing of Roll Number/ Registration Number or any personal data/ information in answer(s) to Multiple Tasking Questions (MTQs) [i.e., at the start/
between/ end of a solution] in Business Communication & Report Writing Semester-1 paper is strictly prohibited. Any violation will be treated as
unfair means and dealt with accordingly.
5. Examinees must ensure that they have been provided with relevant CBE Paper on their Computer Screens. All circulars or examination notices must be kept
in the envelope and should not be lying open on table during examination. They are not allowed to bring blank papers with them.

6. Examinees must return their Rough Working Sheets to the invigilator after attempting CBE Paper. Failure to comply with the instructions will invalidate their
result.
7. Examinees are not allowed to take away examination stationery from the examination premises either during the examination or at conclusion of the
examination.
8. Examinees must ensure that they have signed the attendance sheet available with the invigilator before leaving the Computer Lab, failing which they will be
treated as absent. Examinees must not leave the Computer Lab without prior permission of the invigilator/ supervisor.

9. No examinee will be allowed to change his/ her seat without prior permission of the invigilator. However, if the invigilator/ supervisor considers it necessary,
he/ she can change the seat of an examinee.

10. Any examinee found in possession of Books, Notes, Previous Question Papers, Course Outlines or any other papers, (photocopies or original) in the
Computer Lab, may be debarred from the current as well as subsequent examinations.
11. Examinees are advised not to talk, copy from or in any way collude with another candidate(s) after the commencement of CBE Paper in Computer Lab.
12. Smoking is prohibited in the Examination Premises.

13. Examinees are advised to bring Simple and Non-programmable Scientific Calculators of any model.

14. Prohibited Items: Arms & ammunitions are strictly prohibited in the premises of the Institute. In addition, examinees are advised not to carry mobile phones,
laptops, pocket PCs, PDAs, any sort of communication device etc., during examinations. If any examinee found carrying/ using these gadgets, an unfair mean
case will be registered that may lead to cancellation of result/ registration.
