Ingredients:

Zinc: 50mg (use only 25mg if also using my PM Hormone


Booster Formula)
Tribulus Terrestris: 2g x 2 times a day
Tongkat Ali: 400mg
Acetyl-L-Carnitine: 1g x 3 times a day
Pre-Workout:
Approximately 30 60 minutes before a workout, take your first
dose of Tribulus (2g) along with your Tongkat Ali (400mg), one
dose of your Acetyl-L-Carnitine and your Zinc (50mg or 25mg).
(If its not a workout day, simply take this dose in the morning.)

During The Day:
Consume your second dose of Tribulus approximately 6-8 hours
after your first dose.

Cycle Instructions:

Use this formula for NO MORE THAN 4-8 WEEKS and


then CYCLE OFF FOR 4 WEEKS before beginning it again
during mass-gaining cycles.

The ingredients in this T-Stack have shown promising results for those
experienced bodybuilders who are looking to go through a serious massbuilding cycle.
My personal experimentation resulted in heightened sex drive, increase in lean
muscle mass, a raging feeling of power in the gym (there are still teeth marks in a

hand and you lose zinc through sweating, fat metabolization, and even
ejaculation, additional supplementation is essential for about 99.9% of athletes.
Zinc is used in this formula to help provide your body with the essential mineral
requirements for natural testosterone production when the other supplements are
doing their part in the production cycle...right before your workout.
For optimal benefits, I suggest combining this formula with my PM Hormone
Booster recipe which would split up your zinc supplementation as indicated.
Tribulus Terrestris is one of those hotly debated supplements thats well known for its
goal to increase testosterone...but has fallen flat on its face when actually put to the
test. Even I have been a big opponent of using this supplement based upon repeated
trials with off-the-shelf T-Booster supplements.
So then why is it added to this formula?
The problem with Trib-containing supplements is two-fold:
Most supplements containing Tribulus dont recommend a dosage high enough to
bypass the bodys natural defense mechanisms which destroys much of it in the liver,
never allowing enough to get through in order to elevate testosterone levels.
Secondly, increasing free testosterone is one thing...USING it for muscle growth is an
entirely different situation.
Testosterone needs a binder in order to be used by the cells for growth and most
formulas dont work on increasing this factor (and in some cases, actually use
ingredients that severely limit the amount of testosterone that can be used.

Tongkat Ali (aka. Longjack) is another experimental supplement with very promising
results. Ive added it (and experimented with it) based upon informed feedback from
experienced supplement buddies of mine who swear by it and its noted effects in clinical
trials.
Its ability to increase free testosterone production naturally by signaling the pituitary
gland and hypothalamus to tell the testes to kick it up a notch.
In addition, it looks like while typical artificial stimulation of testosterone levels cause an
increase in anti-testosterone hormones like estrogen (called negative feedback),
Tongkat Ali may actually intercept this feedback, allowing you to continue the production
of testosterone at elevated levels without estrogenic effects.

Primary Active Ingredients Breakdown And How They Fit Into The Formula:
Zinc:

Mineral that is essential for cell growth, hormone balance, and


testosterone production.

Absorption from foods (eggs, seafood, meat) is low as combining these


foods with grains and vegetables reduces bioavailability.

Zinc must be replaced in the body due to several avenues of loss


(sweating, sexual activity, etc.) and normal intake and absorption rates
are typically about half of the recommended daily allowance.

Tribulus Terrestris:

An herb commonly used for enhancing athletic performance, male


impotence, mood enhancement and an aphrodisiac

Preliminary research suggests that tribulus, when used alone, may


increase levels of testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH),
dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), and dihydrotestosterone (DHT).

However, clinical research suggests that when used in combination with


other supplements such as androstenedione, DHEA, chrysin, indole-3carbinol, and saw palmetto, trubulus terrestris does NOT effect levels of
leutenizing lormone, estradiol, free testosterone, total testosterone, and
other sex hormones.

Clinical research also suggests that tribulus does not affect mood, body
weight, body fat, muscle mass, or muscle strength in athletes despite the
potential increase in testosterone. In fact, one well designed study that
compared tribulus against a placebo (fake supplement), the placebo
group increase athletic performance MORE than the tribulus group at the
end of the 8-week study.
o It should be noted that amounts of Tribulus found in most
over-the-counter supplements dont contain enough of the
herb to bypass the bodys defense mechanisms to increase
free testosterone levels, rendering them practically useless.
o In addition, the inclusion of Acetyl-L-Carnitine increases
receptors of free testosterone allowing better usage and
results.

Tongkat Ali (Longjack)

Commonly referred to as Eurycoma or just Longjack, it is used for


erectile dysfunction, impotence, infertility, and increasing libido.

Promising studies have shown that rats supplemented with tongkat ali
experienced a significant increase in testosterone levels and stimulated
muscle growth without aromatization into estrogen.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALC)

Controls the transport of fats to the cells mitochondria to be burned for

Research now shows that ALC increases the amount of androgen
