Introduction
The objective of the paper is to detail out the Job Search process for the recruitment
which would be carried out by the company. This paper will prepare a plan for the Job Search
and the process which will be followed.

Interview Plan
The next step of the process is to acquire information from the candidate. We have a
predesigned pro forma of questions that will seek information from the candidate. At any time if
we think that the questions are not generating the required information from the candidate we
can build in few more questions to get more information. The experience of the Job Searcher will
guide the process. There are certain traits of information that we are looking at and we will
assure that we get the same during the process.
In the third stage of the process we will start supplying the information to the candidate.
This information will be more informative in nature. We will brief the candidate about the profile
in detail and also our expectations on the same. In the following stage we will put the house open
to the candidate and ask him if he/she has any question regarding the same. Here on questions
expected can be on compensation/ profile/selection procedure after this. We have to frame up the
answers for this beforehand.
In the final stage we will be parting with the candidate informing him/her of the expected
date of response from our side. As soon as the candidate leaves the Job Search hall we will
exchange notes and views about the candidate among each of us so that we are on the same page
before we start Job Searching the next candidate.

7. Your profile shows that you have been leading a team of people? Please brief us about the
same
8. Lets play a role play? I am a customer who is upset about the kind of product that is
provided to me and is very upset about the same. I have been running around the store
shouting bad names about the outlet and want to meet the store manager. The moment
you meet me, what will be your response to the situation?
9. Another situation. I am a sales executive in the retail store of yours and I have been
complaining that the there is sudden pull of customers in my section and I need additional
help to manage it. What will be your response to the same?

5. Leadership Capabilities: Does the candidate have experience of leading a team or
people. Will the candidate be able to do it if we scale up?
6. Handling shop floor: It is very important that candidate is versed with daily handling of
retail shop floors. There will be hundreds of issue regarding product placement,
merchandising which store managers should be capable of handling.
Hiring Decision
After the Job Search is conducted the panel of Job Searchers will sit together and exchange
notes. We will add up the total with equal weighing to each Job Searcher and come up with the
decision for the same. This will help us gradually select the right candidate for the job.
