The undersigned has been directed to infirm that M/s HcL Infosystems Limited, the successful
RFP, and its subsidiary companies have been blacklisted by the Department vide its

bidder for the MoH

letter dated 25-rr-20L4 (copy attached). As pbr this order, M/s HcL Infosystems Limited and irs
subsidiary companies shdll stand blacklisted by the Department of Posts and shall not be permitted to
participate in any bid process with the Departme4t of posts and are banned from engaging in any form
of commercial arrangement with the Department
