The establishments are required to update their profile using their user id & password (may be
obtained from this office) and take advantage of the online facility being rnade available on the porlal
for their ease of work such as searching of candidates for engagerrent, creation and uploading of
Contract of Apprenticeship for registration, creation and uploading of stipend clairn bill etc. The
candidates already engaged as apprentices but yet to be registered are also required to be instructed by
the training establishments to get themselves on-line registered imrnediately through portal.
Technical institutions are required to take pro-active actions for increasing awareness level about the
Scheme and the poftal among the students. Special session may be arranged by the engineering
colleges in coordination with BOPT (ER) in this regard.
Technical institr-rtions need to provide a link of the national poftal _\-\:$ua1.uth!:_djta11gp_\1.ilt on their
website thereby providing platform for the students to gather inforrnation about the Scherne.
Technical institutions are required to instruct their training and placement cell/officers to make a
continuous liaison with BOPT (ER) so as to provide proper guidance of their final year students.

BOPT (ER), Kolkata is organizing speciaI campaign and also providir,g requisite assistance to all the
above rnentioned stake holders. Assistance may be sought through jg(lbsptp{p_y-,iL or calling (033) 2331
