Profile option IRC: Installed set to Yes at site level.

Profile option HR:Global Competence Flex Structure set to the competency

flexfield which will be used to define global competency.

Profile option IRC: Registration Business Group at site level. This is for
when site visitor is registering, application needs to know in which business
group to create the candidate record.

Ensure that the legislation for above business group is defined in the DFF Further
Person Information.
Ensure flexfield Add'l Competence Element Det's, Additional Vacancy Details,
Additional Search Criteria Details, Additional Default Posting Details, Additional
Recruiting Site Information, Additional Posting Content Details, Additional
Personal Details, Add'l Establishment Att. Det's, Additional Assignment Details is
frozen
(Optional) Create new global rating scale and global competencies.
Set values for the lookup APL_ASSIGN_REASON. The list of reasons in this
lookup is used when progressing the candidate from one stage to another, say
First Interview to Offer stage.
