Requirement in Brief
The bidders scope of work for supply of Transformer Oil Test Kit(Online DGA System) is as follows:

Technical Parameters
The system shall meet the following technical parameters:
1. Detection & Measurement of gases- H2, CO, C2H2, C2H4 with 100% sensitivity to H2 & C2H2
2. Accuracy(minimum)- (+/-) 10%
3. Oil temperature range of sensor- 10 DegC to 100 Deg C
4. Sensor attachment degree of protection- Minimum IP55
5. Minimum detection sensitivity to C2H2- 2ppm.
6. Sampling frequency minimum one sample per day. However in alarm range (can be made user settable)- it can be programmed up to m

7. Validation of on line DGA system, testing and commissioning. (For validation of data, party should validate the data of supplied units

Technical Requirements
1. The system offered shall be suitable for online monitoring of dissolved gases in oil filled (Napthanic / Paraffanic based oil) power tran

SPARES
The suppliers shall give a list of spares and consumables, if any, for operation of the system for a period of three years. Cost of spares sh

WARRANTY/ DEFECT LIABILITY

The supplied system shall have Warranty for a period of twelve months after successful commissioning and handing over of the system a
warranty period all service & spares support shall be provided.

DOCUMENTATION/ MANUALS
1. The kit should be supplied with all detailed manuals and drawings, describing hardware of kit maintenance and trouble shooting. One
manuals are to be supplied with the kit. Soft copy of the Manual in CD media is also to be supplied with the kit.
2. Backup copy of the software will be supplied in CD media.
3. Installation and cable connection drawing shall be furnished for approval.

1. Successful Bidder will have to inspection/commissioning of the supplied system and will install/integrate and commission the system
software at site up to the satisfaction of NTPC.
2. Bidder will have to provide training to concern NTPC Engineers & technicians free of cost for safe operation and maintenance of the
handing over the instrument by the representative of original system supplier at site.

PAYMENTS TERMS
A. 90 % Payment of equipment(on line DGA)shall be released after successful commissioning, data validation & certification by NTPC
B. 10% of equipment(on line DGA) shall be released after successful
completion of defect liability period else Successful bidder may submit PBG of 10% of the order value which shall be valid till defect lia

PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATION
A. The equipment offered by the bidder must be proven by design and service. The offered model of the ON LINE DGA equipment mus
satisfactory operation for a period of twelve month as on the date of
bid opening date. vendor shall submit proof of satisfactory operation of
the offered equipment along with the offer.
General Requirements1.Bidder has to be either manufacturer or authorized representative of manufacturer. In case of authorized representative, certificate from
authorization is to be enclosed with the offer.
2.Bidder shall confirm that there is no deviation between Unpriced commercial bid/ BOQ submitted with technical bid and commercial b
deviation the bid shall not be considered and rejected.
3.No deviation shall be acceptable in payment terms else offer shall be rejected without further consideration.

5.Bids are to be submitted in two parts i.e. technical bid & commercial bid
6.Complete un-priced commercial offer along with un -priced BOQ is to be attached with technical bid

Remarks: Both the items shall be evaluated collectively for the award of PO and both items shall be awarded to same vendor.
