Ganesh Mudra to get strength & courage

The Ganesha Mudra illustrates courage. Perform Ganesh Mudra to get strength, cou
rage and confidence. It should be practice daily. It also helps stimulate the me
tabolism and digestion, since the Ganesha Mudra activates the fire element.
Meaning of Ganesh MudraGod Ganesha, who overcome all obstacles. It is really hel
pful when you are tired with troubles. And you want strength to overcome these t
rouble. Do Ganesh Mudra daily for 5-6 times. It will hardly takes 2-3 minutes of
your busy schedule, but will bless you with strength and self confidence.
How to perform Ganesh Mudra?
1) Sit down in a comfortable pose such as sukhasna , Padma asna. You can do it w
hile standing as well.
2) Hold your left hand in front of your chest with palm facing outwards.
3) Bend your fingers, making a curve shape out of your left hand.
4) Now grapse the left hand with right hand, such that its back would be facing
outwards.
5) Form a claw by bending the fingers of your left hand and grapse them with the
fingers of your right hand. Both thumbs should be left free.
6) In this position, your right palm should be facing towards your chest.
7) Move the hands to the level of heart, right in front of your chest.
8) While exhaling, pull the hands apart without releasing the grip. This will te
nse the muscles of the upper arms and chest area.
9) While inhaling, let go of all the tension.
10) Repeat this 6 times a day.
11) Now Release all tension and bring the arms close to your chest such that you
r hands are touching your sternum. Sit in this position for as long as you like
and focus on your breath
How long to practice Ganesh Mudra to get strength and courage?Repeat this mudra
for 6 times a day. Once a day is enough to give you internal strength.
Ganesh Mudra Variations1) Now replace the hand positions. Your right palm now fa
ces outwards and cling this with left hand in similar way as explained above.
2) Repeat the same process, but this time keeps the lower arms diagonal instead
of horizontal: one elbow inclined upward and the other elbow inclined downward.
