AFFIDAVIT OF RETRACTION
I, ARA ACUSADOR, seven years old and a resident of Zone 5, Brgy.
Libertad (Poblacion), Surallah, South Cotabato, after being sworn in
accordance with law, depose and say:
1. My father is PEDRO ACUSADOR whom I call Papa Nonoy and my mother
is MADONNA ACUSADOR whom I call Mama Nene.
2. Before I was brought to the DSWD office and police station in
Surallah, South Cotabato, my aunts Ma. Teresa Lopez Cruz whom I call
Mommy Teray and Mercy Lopez whom I call Mommy Mercy and my grandfather
Paterno Lopez, Sr. whom I call Lolo Nonoy taught me what to tell at the
DSWD and at the police station. They told me that I should tell that Tito
Big (BENJIE LOPEZ) and Kuya Don-Don (LEOPOLDO LOPEZ III) wronged me. The
truth, however, is that they did nothing bad to me.
3. I am executing this affidavit with the assistance of my Papa
Nonoy and my Mama Nene which was translated to me in a dialect I speak
and understood in order to attest to the truth that Tito Big and Kuya
Don-Don never did anything wrong to me.
