SILOTOP R01 es un filtro extractor de polvo circular, fijado

con brida, con limpieza de aire
comprimido, desarrollado para la
extraccin de polvo en los silos

caractersticas puede ser utilizado tambin para otros materiales con caractersticas similares al cemento.
Est realizado ntegramente en
AISI 304, excepto la placa porta-elementos que es de hierro.
El sistema de limpieza de los elementos filtrantes se logra mediante un innovador sistema de
soplado con electrovlvulas full
immersion y tubos de soplado
directamente conectados al depsito.
Este sistema est completamente integrado en la tapa en modo
tal de reducir al mximo el espacio ocupado y el tiempo necesario para el mantenimiento.

La firma WAM Spa reconoce un

perodo de 12 meses de garanta para sus productos. El perodo se cuenta desde la fecha del
boletn de expedicin.
La garanta no tiene validez en
caso de roturas y/o defectos
causados por errnea instalacin o utilizacin, o bien por un
mantenimiento incorrecto o modificaciones efectuadas sin autorizacin del fabricante.
La garanta no cubre las partes
sujetas a desgaste por un uso
normal ni las partes elctricas.
En particular la garanta perder
validez si el filtro:
- ha sido adulterado o modificado,
- ha sido utilizado en modo incorrecto,
- ha sido utilizado sin respetar
los lmites indicados en el presente manual y/o ha sido sometido a excesivos esfuerzos
mecnicos,
- no ha recibido el necesario
mantenimiento o el mismo se ha
efectuado de modo parcial y/o
incorrecto,
- si ha sufrido daos por descuidos durante el transporte,
la instalacin y la utilizacin,
- se han utilizado repuestos no
originales.
Al recibir el producto, el destinatario debe controlar que el mismo no presente defectos ni daos debidos al transporte, ni que
el suministro resulte incompleto.
Eventuales defectos, daos o
falta de componentes deben ser
sealados inmediatamente al fabricante mediante comunicacin
escrita, firmada por el transportista.

oder abgendert;
- wurde nicht angewandt;
- bei seinem Gebrauch wurden
die in diesem Handbuch genannten Einsatzbeschrnkungen nicht beachtet und/oder es
wurde zu starken mechanischen Bela-stun gen ausgesetzt;
- er wurde nicht der erforderlichen Wartung unterzogen
oder diese wurde nur teilweise
und/oder nicht korrekt ausgefhrt;
- es wurde beschdigt, weil
Transport, Einbau oder Gebrauch ohne die erforderliche
Sorgfalt vorgenommen wurden;
- es wurden keine Original-Ersatzteile verwendet.
Beim Empfang der Ware hat der
Empfnger sicherzustellen,
dass die Ware keine durch den
Transport verursachten Schden oder Defekte aufweist, und/
oder dass der Lieferumfang vollstn-dig ist.
Etwaige Defekte, Schden oder
Fehlmengen sind mittels schriftlicher und vom Frachtfhrer gegengezeichneter Mitteilung
sofort dem Hersteller zu melden.

A miglior precisazione la garanzia decade nei casi in cui il filtro:
- sia stato manomesso o modificato,
- sia stato utilizzato non correttamente,
- sia stato utilizzato non rispettando i limiti indicati nel presente manuale e/o sia stato sottoposto ad eccessive sollecitazioni meccaniche,
- non sia stato sottoposto alle
necessarie manutenzioni o
queste siano state eseguite
solo in parte e/o non correttamente,
- abbia subito danni per incuria
durante il trasporto, linstallazione e lutilizzo,
- siano state inserite parti di ricambio non originali.
Al ricevimento del prodotto, il
destinatario deve verificare che
lo stesso non presenti difetti o
danni derivanti dal trasporto e/o
incompletezza della fornitura.
Eventuali difetti, danni o incompletezza vanno immediatamente
segnalati al costruttore mediante comunicazione scritta e controfirmata dal vettore.

Al recibir la mercanca controlar si la
tipologa y la cantidad corresponden
a los datos de la confirmacin del
pedido.
Eventuales daos deben ser comunicados inmediatamente por escrito en
el respectivo espacio de la carta de
porte.
El transportista tiene la obligacin de
aceptar el reclamo y dejarles una
copia. Si el suministro es franco domicilio del comprador, enve el reclamo al fabricante, de lo contrario entrguelo al transportista. Eventuales
resarcimientos se pagarn solo si ha
sido comunicado el dao en el momento de la recepcin.
Evitar todo dao durante la descarga
y la manipulacin; para ello elevar
las piezas sueltas del filtro empleando los anillos previstos.
NO EMPUJAR NI ARRASTRAR los
filtros! Recordarse que se trata de
material mecnico que exige una cuidadosa manipulacin.
Si la carga incluye varios filtros cerciorarse que los diversos componentes de un mismo filtro expongan en la
placa de identificacin el mismo nmero de matrcula.

SCHIEBEN NOCH SCHLEIFEN. Immer bercksichtigen, da es sich um
mechanische Elemente handelt, die
mit Vorsicht zu behandeln sind.
Filter mittels der dafr vorgesehenen
Aufhngevorrichtungen anheben bzw.
handlen. Filter WEDER SCHIEBEN,
NOCH SCHLEIFEN! Immer bercksichtigen, da es sich um mechanische Elemente handelt, die mit Vorsicht zu behandeln sind.
Die zu ein und demselben Filter gehrigen Komponenten und Zubehrteile
haben alle Typenschilder mit der gleichen Produktionsnummer. Bei Lieferungen von mehreren Filtern ist dies
aufgrund grerer Kollizahlen zu beachten.

TRANSPORT-WEIGHT
When the filter is delivered, make
sure that the type and quantity of the
materials consigned comply with the
information on the order confirmation.
Immediately inform the haulage contractor in writing if damage is discovered, using the relative space on the
consignment form.
The driver is obliged to accept the
complaint and to issue you with a

When receiving more than one filter,
make sure that the various parts of
any one filter carry plates with the
same serial number.

1) TENSIN DE ALIMENTACIN
- La tarjeta electrnica funciona
con todas las tensiones de 24V a
260V tanto en continua (CC)
como tambin en alterna (CA).
2) RECONOCIMIENTO TENSIN
DE ALIMENTACIN
- La tarjeta electrnica reconoce
automticamente la tensin de
alimentacin, por lo tanto no es
necesario efectuar ninguna parametrizacin para el funcionamiento normal.
3) CONEXIONES CON LA CAJA
DE BORNES
La tarjeta electrnica est alimentada mediante caja de bornes
(S1) y acepta todas las tensiones
indicadas en el precedente punto 1).
La caja de bornes (S2) sirve para
el encendido y el apagado de la
tarjeta misma. El mando de encendido se verifica mediante contacto libre (es decir sin ninguna
alimentacin elctrica).
Con contacto (S2) cerrado la tarjeta efecta el procedimiento de
limpieza.
Cuando se abre el contacto (S2)
empieza la limpieza de final de
ciclo que contina por un perodo fijo de aprox. 10 min., perodo durante el cual se mantienen
los tiempos de pausa y de disparo programados.
4) BLOQUEO DE SEGURIDAD
WAIT
La activacin de la entrada WAIT
(cierre del contacto) suspende el
ciclo de limpieza y memoriza la
posicin de la ltima salida activada.
El bloqueo subsiste mientras
WAIT resulte activo (contacto cerrado).
- Con la desactivacin de WAIT
(apertura del contacto) el ciclo de
limpieza se reanuda desde la salida sucesiva a la ltima excitada si S2 est an activo. De lo
contrario el programa vuelve en
STANDBY sin efectuar la limpieza de fin ciclo. El contacto WAIT
puede utilizarse como interruptor de seguridad/alarma o para
reducir la duracin de la limpieza de final de ciclo. En efecto si
WAIT se activa durante la limpieza de final de ciclo la limpieza se interrumpe definitivamente, si WAIT se desactiva el programa vuelve a STANDBY.

zum Einschalten und Ausschalten
der Platine selbst. Der Befehl
zum Einschalten wird ber einen
blanken Kontakt erteilt (d.h.
ohne jede Speisespannung). Bei
geschlossenem Kontakt (S2) fhrt
die Platine die Reinigungsprozedur vor. In dem Augenblick, in
dem sich der Kontakt (S2) ffnet,
beginnt die Abreinigung bei Zyklusende, die fr einen festen Zeitraum von 10 Minuten andauert,

Para los filtros tipo SILOTOPR01,

la unidad de mando del grupo de
soplado est dentro de una caja
de derivacin, con proteccin
IP66 de conformidad con las normas CEI EN 60529 y est compuesta por una tarjeta segn
normas CE.
La tarjeta se suministra ya precableada: las conexiones con las
bobinas las realiza y las prueba
en fbrica WAM .
El equipamiento estndar prev
el microswitch para la regulacin de los tiempos de pausa
(tiempo entre un soplado y otro)
y tambin para la regulacin de
la duracin del soplado (tiempo

und der groen Baureihe sind
mit einem zustzlichen, nicht
verstellbaren Timer fr die automatische Nachreinigung
augestattet.
Diese Manahme hat ihren Ursprung in der Erkenntnis, da in
jedem Entstaubungsproze der
hchste Abreinigungsgrad des
Filermediums dann besteht,
wenn am Filtereingang keine Luft
mehr ansteht. Der abgeblasene,
herabfallende Staub findet keinen entgegengesetzten, die Abreinigung behindernden Luftstrom.
Damit eine einwandfreie Funktion gewhrleistet ist, mu ein
korrekter elektrischer Anschlu
ans Netz erfolgen.

PRINCIPIO DE FUNCIONAMIENTO
La tarjeta MDPE cuando est conectada tanto elctrica como tambin mecnicamente a la tarjeta de temporizacin, (esta ltima a su vez correctamente alimentada), lee el valor del
diferencial de presin presente entre
dos entradas del transductor y lo visualiza, en milmetros de columna de
agua, en el visualizador de tres cifras. Simultneamente el valor indicado es transmitido en modo proporcional en la salida analgica 4-20mA
HABILITACIN FUNCIONAMIENTO
TARJETA DE TEMPORIZACIN
Si la tarjeta MDPE ha sido configurada para controlar la tarjeta de temporizacin, el medidor diferencial de presin impedir el funcionamiento del
ciclo hasta que la presin leda por el
transductor alcance el valor de activacin programado (umbral superior).
El display intermitente sealar la
habilitacin. Una vez habilitado el ciclo, el MDPE lo deshabilitar cuando
la presin medida descienda por debajo del valor de desactivacin programado (umbral inferior). El display

El sistema de programacin est constituido por tres teclas P1, P2 y P3 y
por el display de tres cifras. Mediante las teclas P1, P2 y P3 es posible visualizar en el display un determinado parmetro, modificar su valor y guardar la variacin.
Las funciones asociables a la presin de cada tecla o combinacin de
varias teclas se enumeran en las siguientes tablas:

Es ist nicht mglich, eine Aktivierungsschwelle einzustellen, die kleiner als die Deaktivierungsschwelle
ist.
BETRIEBSARTEN UND PROGRAMMIERUNG
Das Programmierungssystem besteht aus den drei Tasten P1, P2 und
P3 und dem Display mit drei Ziffern. Mit den Tasten P1, P2 und P3
kann man auf dem Display einen
bestimmten Parameter anzeigen, seinen Wert ndern und seine Neueinstellung speichern.
Die Funktionen, die dem Drcken der
einzelnen Tasten bzw. Tastenkombinationen zugeordnet sind, stehen in
den folgenden Tabellen:

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
When connected both electrically and

the cycle is enabled, the MDPE will

The programming system comprises
three keys P1, P2 and P3 and the
three-digit display. Keys P1, P2 and

parameter, modify the value, and
save the settings.

Durante el normal funcionamiento la

tarjeta MDPE visualiza en tiempo real
el valor de presin medido. Apretando en esta situacin la tecla P1
(DOWN) visualiza el valor de desactivacin programado (valor de presin al cual el MDPE desactiva el
ciclo de limpieza), mientras que apretando la tecla P2 (UP) visualiza el
valor de activacin programado (valor de presin al cual el MDPE activa
el ciclo de limpieza).
Es posible visualizar el tiempo de trabajo (TIME) apretando la tecla P3 y el
tiempo de pausa (PAUSE) apretando
las teclas P1 y P2.

La scheda MDPE quando collegata,
sia elettricamente che meccanicamente alla scheda temporizzatrice, a
sua volta correttamente alimentata,
legge il valore del differenziale di pressione presente trai due ingressi del
trasduttore e lo visualizza, in millimetri di colonna d'acqua, sul display a
tre cifre. Contemporaneamente il valore indicato viene trasmesso in modo
proporzionale sull'uscita analogica 420mA
ABILITAZIONE FUNZIONAMENTO
SCHEDA TEMPORIZZATRICE
Se la scheda MDPE impostata per
comandare la scheda temporizzatrice,
il misuratore differenziale di pressione impedir il funzionamento dei cicli
fino a quando la pressione letta dal
trasduttore raggiunge il valore di attivazione impostato (soglia superiore). Il display lampeggiante ne segnaler l'abilitazione. Una volta abilitato il ciclo, l'MDPE lo disabiliter
quando la pressione misurata scender al di sotto del valore di
disattivazione impostato (sogli inferiore). Il display non sar pi lampeggiante.
Non possibile impostare la soglia di
attivazione minore alla soglia di
disattivazione.

4 - PRESIN DE ALARMA:
Si la salida programable ha sido
programada para indicar que se
ha alcanzado la presin de alarma y la presin medida alcanz
el valor indicado en este parmetro, el sistema debe activar la
salida programable hasta la cesacin de la alarma. El respectivo LED Verde quedar encendido todo el tiempo que se permanece por encima del umbral. El
valor de alarma se puede siempre programar de un mnimo de
10 a un mximo de 500 mm de
columna de agua (10-500 mm
H2O) con pasos de 10 en 10. En
el visualizador, en las dos cifras
de la derecha (CIFRA 2 y 3) se

Finalizadas las conexiones elctricas y neumticas, es necesario efectuar los siguientes controles preliminares:
- Controlar que la tarjeta electrnica est correctamente alimentada y configurada.
- Controlar que la presin en el
depsito filtro sea de 6 bar.
- Controlar que todos los tornillos y los ganchos estn bien
ajustados.
- Controlar que todos los elementos estn correctamente fijados en el disco porta-elementos.

sind.

das komplette Gert dicht verschlossen ist.
- Da alle Warn- und Hinweisschilder angebracht sind.
- Sicherstellen, dass alle etwaigen Leitungen, falls vorhanden, die am Filter angeschlossen sind, sorgfltig verschraubt und zusammengebaut werden.

elettrici e pneumatici occorre effettuare i seguenti controlli preliminari:

Procedimiento de arranque
Finalizados los controles preliminares, efectuar el siguiente
procedimiento de arranque:
1) Arrancar el eventual descargador de polvo (vlvula rotativa, sinfn).
2) Arrancar el compresor aire.
3) Alimentar la tarjeta electrnica (led MS encendido)
4) Arrancar el ciclo de limpieza
(led CLEAN encendido)
5) Controlar que todas las electrovlvulas funcionen correctamente (el led amarillo se
enciende cuando la tarjeta
enva el impulso a la electrovlvula)
6) Controlar la duracin del soplado y el intervalo entre un
soplado y otro.

MANTENIMIENTO
Antes de efectuar cualquier trabajo en la mquina, cerciorarse
que la misma haya sido puesta
en seguridad. A continuacin, en
el presente manual, indicaremos
con la expresin poner en seguridad la mquina las siguientes
operaciones:
- cerciorarse que la mquina est
desconectada de todas las alimentaciones elctricas;
- cerciorarse que la mquina est

- Antes de efectuar el desguace

En caso de restitucin de la mquina utilizar el embalaje original

fijarla sobre una paleta y protegerla con nailon termo contrctil, tratando de protegerla lo mejor posible de eventuales golpes
posibles durante el transporte.

Todos los trabajos de mantenimiento dentro del filtro (o externos pero con partes del filtro
abiertas) DEBEN efectuarse con
la instalacin parada y sin polvo
en suspensin; es por lo tanto
necesario abrir el filtro despus
de dejar transcurrir un tiempo suficiente para que se deposite el
polvo. Para efectuar trabajos en
caliente (soldadura, corte) es necesario sanear previamente el filtro, quitando todos los depsitos
de polvo (las capas, los depsitos
y las acumulaciones de polvo
combustible SE DEBERN CONSIDERAR como una fuente que
puede dar origen a atmsfera
explosiva). La autorizacin para
la ejecucin de los trabajos en
caliente la DEBER dar el personal tcnico especializado y capacitado respecto a los riesgos de
explosin de polvos (personal
capaz de verificar el riesgo residual, la idoneidad de las herramientas y el conocimiento de los
respectivos procedimientos).
4. Peligros resultantes de circuitos a presin (hidrulicos,
neumticos)
Durante las operaciones de mantenimiento y/o reparacin es necesario poner en descarga los
equipos y los eventuales acumuladores, segn las instrucciones
presentes cerca de los componentes y en los respectivos manuales de uso.
5. Peligros generados por el ruido
El usuario y el empleador debern respetar las normas de ley en
trminos de proteccin contra la
exposicin personal cotidiana de
los operadores al ruido (en Italia
Dec. Ley 277/91).

Alle Wartungsarbeiten innerhalb

des Filters (oder auerhalb davon,
aber bei offenen Filterteilen)
MSSEN bei abgeschalteter Anlage und in Abwesenheit von
Staubluft ausgefhrt werden. Daher ist es erforderlich, das Filter
zu ffnen, nachdem eine ausreichende Zeitspanne abgelaufen
ist, in welcher der Staub sich absetzen konnte. Bei der Ausfhrung
von Hitze erzeugenden Arbeiten
(Schweien, Brennen) ist es erforderlich, das Filter zuvor so vorzubereiten, dass alle Staubablagerungen
entfernt
werden
(Schichten, Ablagerungen und
Ansammlungen von brennbarem
Staub MSSEN wie jede andere
Staubquelle betrachtet werden,
die zum Entstehen einer explosionsfhigen Atmosphre beitragen
kann).
Die Genehmigung zur Ausfhrung
von Arbeiten im erhitzten Zustand
MUSS durch spezialisiertes Fachpersonal erteilt werden, das ber
die Explosionsgefahr durch Staub
unterrichtet ist (das in der Lage
ist, das Restrisiko festzustellen, das
die geeigneten Werkzeuge und
auch die Prozeduren kennt).
4. Gefahren durch unter Druck
stehende Leitungen (hydraulisch, pneumatisch) Whrend der
Wartungsarbeiten und/oder Reparaturen sind die Anlagen und die
etwaigen Speicher zu entleeren,
so wie es in den Anweisungen in
der Nhe der jeweiligen Komponenten oder in den entsprechenden Handbchern steht.
5. Gefhrdung der Arbeitnehmer
durch Lrm
Der Bediener und der Arbeitgeber sind zur Beachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in Sachen Schutz gegen tgliche persnliche Lrmexposition der Arbeitsnehmer verpflichtet (in Italien D.Lgs.277/91).

Tutte le manutenzioni all'interno del filtro (o esterne ma con

parti del filtro aperte) DEVONO
essere effettuate ad impianto fermo e in assenza di polvere aerodispersa; pertanto necessario
aprire il filtro dopo aver fatto trascorrere un tempo sufficiente a
far depositare la polvere. In caso
di lavori a caldo (saldatura, taglio) necessario bonificare preventivamente il filtro, rimuovendo tutti i depositi di polvere (gli
strati, i depositi ed i cumuli di
polvere combustibile DEVONO
essere considerati come qualsiasi altra sorgente che pu dare origine ad un'atmosfera esplosiva).
L'autorizzazione all'esecuzione
dei lavori a caldo DEVE essere
data da personale tecnico specializzato e formato sul rischio
esplosione da polveri (in grado
di verificare il rischio residuo,
l'idoneit degli utensili e la conoscenza delle procedure).
4. Pericoli derivanti da circuiti
in pressione (idraulici, pneumatici) Durante le operazioni di
manutenzione e/o riparazione
occorre porre in scarico gli impianti e gli eventuali accumulatori, secondo le istruzioni riportate in prossimit dei componenti
e nei rispettivi manuali d'uso.
5. Pericoli generati da rumore
E' fatto obbligo all'utilizzatore e
al datore di lavoro di rispettare le
norme di legge in termine di protezione contro l'esposizione personale quotidiana degli operatori al rumore (in Italia D.Lgs.277/
91).

1) Die Spule auf korrekten Betrieb prfen..

2) Die Druckluftzufuhr zum Filter 3-4 Mal schlieen und wieder ffnen..
3) Das Teil 6 herausziehen, nachdem man seine Ringmutter entfernt hat. Das Teil 5 losschrauben,
wobei man darauf achtet, dass die Nadel in seinem Inneren nicht fllt, und sicherstellen, dass die
Nadel einwandfrei in seinem Inneren gleitet.
4) Das Teil 4 im Anschlag der Nadel des Teils 5 einer Inspektion unterziehen und sicherstellen, dass
kein Schmutz vorhanden ist..
1) Zugriff zum elektronischen Schaltkasten erhalten und sicherstellen, dass am Teil 6 Spannung
ankommt.
2) Zugriff zu den Magnetventilen erhalten und siehe Strung Stndiges Blasen des Magnetventils,
Punkt 3.4.

ELETTROVALVOLE

1) Controlar el funcionamiento correcto de la bobina

2) Cerrar y volver a abrir la alimentacin del aire comprimido al filtro 3-4 veces.
3) Extraer la pieza 6 despus de haber quitado el respectivo aro. Desenroscar la pieza 5 prestando
atencin que la aguja o pasador presente en su interior no caiga y controlar el perfecto deslizamiento
de la aguja en el interior.
4) Inspeccionar el componente 4 en el tope de la aguja del componente 5 cerciorndose que no
presente impurezas.

1) Check coil works correctly.

2) Close and open compressed air supply to the filter three to four times.
3) Remove part 6 after removing the relevant ring nut. Loosen part 5 being careful that the inside pin
does not fall and make sure the inside pin is sliding correctly.
4) Inspect part 4 in the pin seat of part 5, making sure there are no impurities.
1) Access the electronic unit and make sure power is reaching part 6.
2) Access the solenoid valves and see fault solenoid valve continuous blowing point 3.4

1) Verificare il corretto funzionamento della bobina.

2) Chiudere e riaprire lalimentazione daria compressa al filtro 3-4 volte.
3) Sfilare il particolare 6 dopo aver rimosso la relativa ghiera. Svitare il particolare 5 facendo
attenzione che lo spillo al suo interno non cada e verificare il perfetto scorrimento dello spillo al suo
interno.
4) Ispezionare il componente 4 nella sede di battuta dello spillo del componente 5 accertandosi che
sia esente da impurit.

Elettrovalvola che non apre

1) Accedere al quadro elettronico e verificare che arrivi tensione al particolare 6.

2) Accedere alle elettrovalvole e vedere anomalia "soffio continuo elettrovalvola" punto 3,4.
