According to J. Wainwright (2016), from the article entitled Does your
records management and retention policy comply with the GDPR? that most
organizations that have an archive administration framework can review the
use of records and documents - for example, how many opens, who has seen
the individual reports, date, and time stamps, and consequently trust that
they as of now have maintenance arrangement set up. So by receiving
incorporated archive and records administration forms, organizations
guarantee that maintenance approaches can be connected consequently to
physical documents, electronic reports, and email correspondence. A
maintenance strategy offers direction and gives a structure to workers to
oversee data over its lifecycle so that the whole association conforms to the
different laws and controls relating to information administration. Automation
of this procedure likewise lessens the expense of upholding a maintenance
arrangement and more extensive data and records administration. Records
administration is once again a key business issue, on account of the new
European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which no
organization can overlook. Therefore, many organizations add on third-party
records management systems to their document management solutions,
believing that the approach will provide all the necessary functionality and
facilitate compliance. Integrated document and records management and
automation make compliance less tedious, troublesome and excessive to the
business. It permits managers to build up, screen and uphold administration
arrangements for consistence with industry controls by means of trigger
occasions, characterized maintenance periods and record annihilation rules.

Fernandez said he hoped the new system would serve as a "gateway for
quality justice" and "The judiciary cannot be left behind. And it has to answer
to the growing need computerize court processes." Therefore, the eCourt
system can be used to capture basic case information as they are filed, and
tracks subsequent documents filed at the branch courts. The system also
minimizes or prevents errors in court fee payments, by automatically
assessing the correct fee to be charged. The system records payments made
for each case and prints out official receipts. The system also monitors and
manages important dates relative to a case, and records different actions
made during hearings, as well as the status of cases.
