To Whom It May Concern,
On July 12, 2016, Admittance Technologies, Inc. ("ATI" or the "Company") received
notice from Office of General Counsel of The University of Texas System that it had
received a formal request to inspect or copy some of its files, which files consist of two
documents that include confidential and sensitive A TI information.
ATI objects to its information being released pursuant to the information request because
it is confidential information relating to competition pursuant to Section 552.104 of the
Texas Government Code. ATI has competitors that would be provided an advantage by
the release of certain of the information, as identified below.

presented in this letter and issue a ruling that the information requested is protected from
