The AVP (Auto Vending Pizza) Sdn. Bhd. Company is a new company to Malaysia, which is
consider as still a developing company. The market in Malaysia is new to AVP company, so it
faces so many challenges to overcome our fast world changing/globalization. Its due to
create a good image in public and to build a strong stand in Malaysia. To overcome the
Malaysia market, we used SWOT Analysis to identify the marketing environment in this
country as well as can be effectively penetrate the marketplace and can be quickly capitalize
on opportunities as well as can be better clarify for their short and long term marketing
strategy. So, overall analysis SWOT is becomes a useful tool for planning and competitive
analysis.
1) STRENGHT

and external strength such as the external environment.
i) Localization
According to Business Dictionary.com localization is define as the practice of adjusting a
products functional properties and characteristics to accommodate the language, cultural,
political and legal differences of a foreign market or country. We provide pizza which is
localize to Malaysia people, which is consider of tastes like Pizza Anchovies (Ikan Bilis),
Pizza Rendang, Pizza Curry, Pizza Pasta and extra, through this concept we can satisfy the
customer need and wants. This is due to Malaysia is a country that consist of multiracial like
Malays, Indians, Chinese, Iban, Kadazan, Bidayuh and so they have different taste about the
pizza thats why we provide with multiple choices.
ii) Halal certify
In addition, the meaning of Halal is permissible to use or engage according to Islamic law,
our pizza is certify by The Halal food Authority which is suitable to citizen of Malaysia
especially to Muslim citizen because Malaysia is a Muslim country, to increase the profit in
our company we need to maximum the satisfaction of customer as well as respect their
religion and cultural. Which is can be said that if we satisfy customer needs and wants, the
demand will increase, the price of product decrease, the profit of company will increase,
which is related to law of demand.
iii) Healthy conscious
We provide the pizza with full of healthy which is consist of all with low of cholesterol, its
due to country in Asia already been certify as most obesity country in the world to overcome
this issue we produce the pizza with full of healthy conscious and we take care customer
health also.
Our pizza is follows the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and controlling
our product with Total Quality Management (TQM), through this we can guarantee that our
pizza is fully qualify product, cant be create harmful to consumer and save to consume.
v) Energy, time and cost saving product
The pizza that we produce is very cost saving due to we provide a pizza with cost only RM
10 and provide with a pure water too. Besides that, in our amazing pizza machine having a
screen that shows 3 things, first is select your pizza with your own taste, second is regarding
the ingredients in the pizza while the final one is a game which is the function is while
waiting for your pizza, the customer can play a game to release their tense.
Furthermore, the payment for the pizza, the customer can either pay through touch and go or
by cash its due to we have placed the amazing pizza machine in Rest and Recreation (R&R)
too, so it can make the customer much more easier.
The waiting duration for getting ready for an order is not so long, it just took about 10
minutes only.
2) WEAKNESS

improvements within an organization or personally.
i) Usage of high volt of electricity
To continuously running the amazing pizza machine for 24 hours, it caused highly usage of
electricity and may cause the bill of utility increase.
ii) Maintenance fees
Such a huge size of machine, it cost very high to maintain the machine with a good condition,
even though having any repairing we need to use higher cost to maintain it.

i) Higher competitors
Pizza is categories as fast food, so not only in Malaysia but in global too, the fast food
restaurant is many until countless, so there have highly competitors between the fast food
restaurant such as dominos pizza, pizza hut, burger king, KFC, Mc Donald, Marry Brown
and extra, in terms of price, product, promotion and distribution.
ii) Vandalism
According to Merriam-Webster, vandalism defines as the act of deliberately destroying or
damaging property. The amazing pizza machine is a steel machine that can be vandalism by
the public such as scribble, impairment the machine, broken the machine and steal the cash in
machine.
