Executive summary:
Cleaning your own home and cleaning it professionally are two different things. Even though
you clean your home on a daily basis, you might consider getting a cleaning company to cleanse
it completely and give it a shiny new look.
The building cleaning industry has two main markets. residential and commercial. The
residential market mostly consists of maid services, carpet, window and other like services. The
commercial cleaning segment focuses primarily services which provide a broader range to
include carpet and floor care, window cleaning, etc.
Our company is new cleaning services specialized in office cleaning .house cleaning, and all the
commercial buildings in Lahore city
Services will be include, window cleaning, floor cleaning. Furniture upkeep , carpet cleaning and
we also provide the service of house intirial shifting and decorate the houses, shops and office

In this organization we all are the main partners of this organization. We set the goals of the
organization and allocate the managing seats between us according to our job specification.
Mr.
Zubair is the CEO of the company who leads us and set the main objectives and goals of the
company and makes strategies to achieve these goals. Mr. Abid is the market Manager of the
company and his duty is to look after the market operations and provide all information
regarding our services to the customers. Mr. Haseeb is the operational manager he has a
supervisor to control all the activities of the employees. Mr. Jawad Raza is the HR manager of
the company the main purpose is to hiring and firing of the employees.
Leading
The CEO of the company Mr. Zubair are the main leader of the company who set the goals also
make good strategies to achieve these goals. We have different managers and they all have best
leading qualities. Pak cleaners lead their employees with the best leading qualities. We facilitate
our employee with incentives and bonuses

Company will focus specifically on office spaces and commercial building, house stores shops
include:
Office cleaning (including garbage removal, dusting and cleaning of all surfaces,
sweeping and mopping of floors, and cleaning of doors and walls as needed)

Distribution
Services will be provided in Lahore city so we will distribute in two parts so labor will be
allocated in two parts through this distribution services will be effectively provided.
Operational manager
Operation manager Mr Haseeb ur rehman have responsibility to control and manager all the
activities on daily bases.
He will be reporting to the ceo.and other interaction with other management and supervisor.
Subordinate with Project Managers, Area Supervisors.permanat position held in the company
other benefits will be providing to him health insurance etc.
He will be tackle all the activity in the organization .supervisor will be report to the operational
manager and operational manager handle all the activity related with labors.
Pak clean company distribute in two parts to Lahore city. two supervisor will be work under
operational manager. labor will be allocate in two parts separately and manage to all the market.
HR Manager
Human resource manager will be handle all the activities inside the organization and outside .HR
manager Mr jawad raza will be hire the employees on the base of qualification and skill of the
labor and set future plan for the company.HR manager have authority to fire the employees if

Human resource manager play strategic role for the training development of the employees.
Proper guide to the employees how to work. Hire new employees in the company on the base of
the skills and then conduct the training of the employees. Training will be conduct of unskilled

Usually the services offered are intangible in nature, but the products that may be offered by it
may be tangible. The service marketing concentrates on product in the terms of benefits offered
by the product. It should be valuable to customer and provide good perceived value. The most
entertain service is being provided. The product provided should be developed according to the
needs of the consumer and should give them complete satisfaction. We offer pak cleaning
comapny as product.
Place
The place plays an important role in the marketing. The place where the service is made
available, the location, has positive impact on the service use. So, we decided century tower near
by kalma Chowk Gulberg III Lahore Pakistan.
Price
The price of the service is of importance. The consumer or customer should not feel at any point
of time that the money paid by them is more than the benefits of the service. The pricing which
we offer to our customers is affordable.
Promotion
Our approach to generate publicity for our business will be divided in to different steps these are
following step we promote our services. Pak clean company will train the employees to know
what the expectations of the clients are. They will be provided the tools needed to exceed these
expectations. Employees are given the tools necessary to impress the most rich clients.

company receive order and employees worried about the equipments and assets of the company

Salary system will be better for the employees as compare to the other companies. basic salary
will be 12000 for all the employees and management have also equal salary but on the base of
good work company give awards and increase in salary on yearly.

Employees have the identity card of the organization and they know about the level of the
hierarchy where they fall in the level of the organization and company will be give awareness
about the level of the employees in the organization.
Unity of command:
In our cleaning company Unity of direction hierarchy discus above so that person will be
responsible to give the answer to the top management which under the work.mr haseeb ur
rehman is a operational manager and supervisor work under him so the supervisor will be
responsible to give the answer to the top management .
Competitive Edge
Pak clean company begins with a careful training program for new employees. Employees with
be trained on how to clean. Everyone know how to clean, but we will show them a systematic
way producing a far cleaner more efficiently. We will then be training employees to work
effectively on teams.
We also provide incentives to the employees. We conduct analysis of the company on the base of
the reputation of the company and then take decision. Lastly we will highlight our use of
environmentally chemicals.
Market Analysis
The market area analysis help to focusing the target market in Lahore city we will distributor the
employees according the level of the project or office or store so we will allocate 5 employees to
the small level like departmental store and small level of office. And medium size business
allocates 6 to 20 employees and in large level of business allocates 21 to up

A detail research was conducted from the people of Lahore. This research was intended to know
that whether consumers like our idea or not. This research is primary in nature. With the help of
specially designed questionnaires we got detailinformation about the views of customers about
our company. It also included questions regarding competitors product and services. Analysis of

A question was asked from the individuals that whether they are in the favor of a new cleaning
company in Lahore.. The results are certain and are explained in graph 1 above.75% of the
people said yes,15% said no and the rest of the 10% didn't gave their opinions. From the results
above it is clear that people are in the favor of a new pak cleaning company. So on the basis of
these results we can say that there is need of a new pak cleaning company.
