of Pak Cleaners makes good strategies and makes good decisions for the betterment of the
company. And if the company face some problems internally or externally then top management
of Pak Cleaners solve it with the best possible way. And we make good strategies for achieve the
company goals efficiently and effectively

Organizing
In this organization we all are the main partners of this organization. We set the goals of the
organization and allocate the managing seats between us according to our job specification.

Mr.

Zubair is the CEO of the company who leads us and set the main objectives and goals of the
company and makes strategies to achieve these goals. Mr. Abid is the market Manager of the
company and his duty is to look after the market operations and provide all information
regarding our services to the customers. Mr. Haseeb is the operational manager he has a
supervisor to control all the activities of the employees. Mr. Jawad Raza is the HR manager of
the company the main purpose is to hiring and firing of the employees.

Leading
The CEO of the company Mr. Zubair are the main leader of the company who set the goals also
make good strategies to achieve these goals. We have different managers and they all have best
leading qualities. Pak cleaners lead their employees with the best leading qualities. We facilitate

In controlling we check our progress against our plan daily or monthly basis. And the CEO has
direct check on the employees so in this way they work efficiently. The middle management has
control on the supervisor who works under them and make sure that they work properly
according to the plan of the company. If anyone does not work properly then first they warn and

Pak clean company set the pricing scheme on the base of number of hour per project.

Services will be provided in Lahore city so we will distribute in two parts so labor will be
allocated in two parts through this distribution services will be effectively provided.
