GIVEN that on 15th
August 2016
MONMOUTHSHIRE
COUNTY COUNCIL
made an Order under
S14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
The order was
proposed to facilitate
carriageway resurfacing
works. The effect of the
order closed Station
Road, Caldicot.

Diversion: Travel in a
North Westerly direction
along the B4245 until
its junction with
Shakespeare Road.
Travel in a South
Westerly direction along
Shakespeare Road until
its junction with
Longfellow Road. Travel
in a generally South
Easterly direction along
Longfellow Road and
vice versa.
The Order came into
force on the 15th
August 2016 until no
later than the 21st
August 2016.
By virtue of Section
16(1) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 a
person who
contravenes, or who
uses or permits the use
of a vehicle in
contravention of, a
restriction or prohibition
imposed under Section
14 of the Act shall be
guilty of an offence.
