The course I am developing is designed to familiarize the learner with the basics of the

eCMS (electronic contract management software) to the point they will be able to pass
the mandatory test administered by the VAAA (VA Acquisitions Academy). This is the first
step in order to have an account to access the software. Below are a couple of samples
