Statement of the Problem

1.) What is the level of difficulty of ICT students in certain competence?

2.) What is the expectation of the ICT students when it comes with the
teaching of Programming?
3.) What is the students preference of learning resources?

Hypotheses
1.)

Most of the ICT students are having difficulty in both logical and

comprehension on the

problem.

Therefore,

they

are

also

having

difficulties in creating a program.

2.)

Sixty Nine percent (69%) of the students are strongly agree that

they are having difficulty in analyzing the program that leads to an incorrect
logical design. Therefore, students are expecting that the teacher will be able
to explain algorithm and system flow concisely.
3.)

At least Eighty percent (80%) of the students preferred more on

classroom and laboratory learning style.
