DECLARATION OF THE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

1. I solemnly declare that I have submitted the application with the consent of my father/guardian.
2. I pledge to abide fully by the Rules and Regulations of the GC University Lahore and shall not take part in political activities of any kind.
3. I pledge that I will not keep in my possession weapons of any kind whether licensed or unlicensed.
4. I affirm that I was neither expelled/rusticated by any Institution at any time, and no disciplinary action was taken against me.
5. I affirm that I have not taken admission to any University or institution; I also affirm that I shall not take admission to any institution during my stay
in the University. If proved otherwise at any stage or time, my admission may be cancelled forthwith and all the dues paid by me be forfeited.
6. I understand that if my attendance %age is not upto the required standard by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education i.e. 75%, I will
not be eligible to sit in the final examinations and I will take the Board's exams in the following year after fulfilling the requirements under the
Examinations Rules, Regulations and Policy of the Board.
7. I affirm that if at any stage the documents submitted by me for admission are proved forged, fake or mis-stated or erroneous that may affect my
merit, I shall be responsible and the University shall be rightful to cancel my admission and to take necessary action against me.
8. I declare that I will not join any political organization or student organization, if I do so the University Administration will have the right to strike
my name off the University Rolls.

DECLARATION FROM PARENTS

I declare that in case of admission of my son/ward to the GC University Lahore.
1. I (father/guardian) will be responsible for the payment of University fee and other dues revised from time to time.
2. I will be responsible for making up for any loss or damage caused by my son/ward to the university building during the course of his stay in the
University.
3. If during the course of his studies, he takes part in any political activity or seeks membership of any political or student's organization or violates
the discipline of the University including its hostels or takes part in any illegal / objectionable / criminal activity inside or outside the University,
reported directly or indirectly, I will be responsible personally for it and affirm that the Vice Chancellor is fully competent to strike off the
applicant's name from the University Rolls.
4. I understand that if the attendance % age of my son/ward is not upto the standard required by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
i.e. 75%, he shall not be allowed to sit in the Final Examinations, and he shall have to take the exam in the following year after fulfilling the
requirements under the Examinations Rules, Regulations and Policy of the Board.
5. I affirm that the Vice Chancellor can debar a student from appearing in the Board Examination for lecture shortage, and I also affirm, that the Vice
Chancellor has the authority to strike off a student's name from the University Rolls as a punishment for the infringement of University Rules and
Discipline.
6. If the documents submitted by my ward for admission are proved incorrect at any stage or found to be fake or false that may affect his merit I will
be responsible and the University will be authorized completely to cancel his admission and take disciplinary action against him.
