Abstract:
The paper takes part in the continuous verbal argument with respect to the determinants of
Childs mental and physical growth by the effect of parents involvement in different
occupations. Working folks can be sure good examples for their child and, the salary they
gain can enhance their kids' improvement from various perspectives. The anxiety that parents
bring home from their occupations can take away from their child rearing abilities, undermine
the climate in the home, and consequently bring stress into Childs lives. In this research,
parents related issues effects for taking the health and growth care of childrens are having
mathematical data and other variables which are remaining in controlling. The regression
analysis is logistics and this research holds the data from Bangladesh Demographic and
Health Survey (BDHS) of 2007 and 1993-1994. The acquired results recommend that,
consciousness should be increasing to enhance financial and parental wellbeing conditions to
enhance the situation of childs proper development.

LITERATURE REVIEW:
Parental salary is categorically connected with all results secured in the assessment.
Whenever group foundation variables are controlled, be that as it may, the evaluated size of
the impact of parental pay decreases, and the remaining impacts are for the most part little to
humble on most results. The width of the impact of salary contrasts diagonally over
distinctive results: it seems to have its biggest impact on childs mental and physical growth.
This growth on the other words childs malnutritions are co operated by lots of variables for
running whole scenario in a regression to prove the actual involvement of parents occupation
in childs growth.
