Project & Technical Manager

(Background in Civil/Structural Engineering)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be driving multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver industrial projects for multinational clients, while maintaining close contact with key
accounts and continuously improving the quality standards and technical knowhow of the group.

General Requirement by Priority:

You actively manage projects for our multinational client as project manager or project director depending on scope, size and complexity. You deliver
projects to the full satisfaction of the client, whilst meeting financial targets.

You have a solid background in civil/structural engineering, enabling you to monitor and value engineering output of the architectural and
civil/structural engineering departments whilst continuously improving technical knowhow. Knowledge of Revit Software, Civil Structures and the QMS
system will be beneficial.

You play a key part in business and strategic development, business promotion and marketing activities with our BDM & COO. You co-ordinate
marketing activities.

You are proactively involved daily preparation and review of proposals with our Management. You support project managers and engineers. You
manage overhead budgets and review contracts and legal aspects of projects with RHDHV office.

Responsibilities by Priority:

Project management and account management for key international clients. Fulfills the role of Project Manager, Tender Manager, Project Director as
needed.

Directs the implementation QMS procedures and controls, to promote communication and adequate information flow.

Participate Management Team on long term strategic development of business and operations.

Active participation in business associations / international chamber of commerce events.

Qualifications and Experience:

Multifunctional and proactive individuals who will take up the challenge to deliver the best possible services to our clients.

Have relevant experience in the Industry Sector (Manufacturing, Light Industries) with management and technical abilities. You also have relevant
experience in multidisciplinary- or international construction projects.

Technical Bachelors or Masters degree; e.g. civil or engineering. You have excellent organizational and project management skills. Your experience
reflects good knowledge of the clients project life cycle, well capable to safeguard the business case of the client.

Excellent communication - and motivational skills. You have leadership qualities and are able to encourage your staff to good teamwork and a good
working atmosphere. Of course you are flexible, enthusiastic and prepared for overseas travel, if and when required.
