Periodic Inspection and Backlog all unit production especially PC 1250-8, PC 2000-8,PC 3000-6 (KOMATSU),
EX 1200-6, EX 2500-6, EX 3600-6 (HITACHI), R9250, R9350 (LIEBHEER). Check visual condition all
component and part, looking for deviation, planning for repair or adjustment and backlog management
Periodical service,Trouble-shooting,Maintenance and repair all unit production especially Excavator
Develop Preventive maintenance strategy against Loader Equipment
Coordination Daily Service, Weekly service and Weekly Backlog
Prepare and Follow Up spare part backlog to complete before schedule
Create and Monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedule for to keep Mechanical Availability stay in good
performance
Follow Up unit breakdown for spare parts and due date ready for use
Prepare and Communication with Field Group Leader for daily inspection
Coordination with service crew for planning execute include purchase and Warehouse team
