The system which tracks the changes in the data/status of the
beneficiaries while under the program and serves as basis of the program in determining eligibility of the household in the program. Three (3) Major components: 1. Beneficiary Registration System 2. Beneficiary Updates System 3. Data Management System
Compliance verification include all
beneficiaries grantees, pregnant members in the household, and the 0-18 year-old children in the household It is conducted on a regular basis using simple and easy to follow verification tools via internet connection The focus of verification is attendance to school for schoolaged children and availment of health services
Adhering to the fulfilment of good governance,
the program engaged the participation of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)
The engagement is seen to institute
transparency and accountability in the program implementation Engagement can be through the following: a. Bantay - means they are doing the function of a watchdog, serves as the third eye b. Tulay - CSOs provides feedback on what would not naturally be fed back to us by the bureaucracy c. Kaagapay - Works as partners especially in microenterprise networks and organizations for sustainable livelihood as part of the transition strategy d. Gabay - Utilizing social technologies they have that we can already use and learn from
CSOs participation in the GRS process
Facilitated topic for FDS and FDS plus More opportunities were opened for the beneficiaries of the program to include livelihood, feeding programs, scholarship and job opportunities CSOs were also involved in the different advisory committees from the National down to the City/ Municipal level

Health Insurance Program
In partnership with the Commission on
Higher Education (CHED), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), and the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC), higher education students from Pantawid Pamilya beneficiary families are provided scholarship grants for them to finish college. From a total of 4,041 student grantees during the pilot implementation in 2012, there are now 40,453 enrolled student grantees in state universities and colleges nationwide as of December 2015.
