IhavespentsometimethinkingaboutthesequestionsandevenpulledupapastcourseassignmentwhereIwrotemy
owninterviewquestions.Ofcoursetheywereforamusicposition,butsomethingstransfernonetheless.
Mostofmythinkingputsmeinthepositionoftheintervieweesincethat'stheonlypositionwithwhichIhaveexperience.
SoperhapsIammissingsomethingthatsomeonefromanadministrativepositionwouldfindimportant.Inthatcase,
pleasehelpmebeonyourwavelength.:)
Personally,Ithinkthequestionsareverywordyandwouldbedifficulttocomprehendifonlypresentedinanoralmanner.
Ifusingsuchdetailedquestions,asacandidateIwouldbenefitgreatlyfromhavingalistofthequestionsinfrontofme,so
thatIcouldrereadthequestionandhavetheopportunitytothinkaboutitwithouthavingtoasktohaveitrepeatedwhile
continuingtotossmythoughtsaroundinmyheadtoanswerit.

Ithinkthosethreethingsarewhatresourceteachersexperiencemost,andourstrategyfordealingwiththatstudentis
likelyverydifferentfromthatofaclassroomteacherwhoseesthesamekidsallday.

#6.Ilikethatthisoneismoreopen.Iwouldwanttoknowifthecandidatewouldmakeanefforttoworkwithteachersto
integrateartprojectsintoclassroomlearning,butIthinkifthat'simportanttothecandidate,thatshecanpullthatintoher
answer.Ialwaysanswer"collaboration"questionswithhowI'llusemusictobuildonorenhanceclassroomlearningsuch
asthe5thgradeNativeAmericanunit(teachingNAsongs,games,andmakinginstrumentsfromfoundobjects).

#7.Idon'tseethisbeingthatimportantinourschoolatthistime.Youmaydisagree.Ithinkatechnologyquestionwould
bemorerelevantthanaquestionaboutresearch.
